研究目的：

1. 评估口咽肌肉训练对OSA 患者的有效性； 2. 评估口咽肌肉训练治疗OSA的安全性及耐受性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the effectiveness of oropharyngeal muscle training in patients with OSA; 2. Evaluate the safety and tolerability of oropharyngeal muscle training for the treatment of OSA.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄在 18 至 65 岁之间； 2. BMI < 30 kg/m^2； 3. 签署知情同意书； 4. 睡眠监测 5 次/h <= AHI < 30 次/h，符合阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停（OSA）的诊断标准。OSA 的诊断标准参照 2018 年中国医师协会睡眠医学专业委员会制定的《成人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停多学科诊疗指南》标准，即满足以下 A+B 或 C： A：有以下至少 1 项： (1) 患者有困倦、乏力、日间嗜睡、睡眠质量差、失眠； (2) 有睡眠过程中憋气或胸闷、喘息而清醒； (3) 患者睡眠过程中，接触者可观察到患者存在习惯性打鼾、呼吸暂停或二者都有； B：PSG 或者睡眠初筛监测证实患者发生呼吸事件 >= 5 次/h； C：PSG 或者睡眠初筛监测证实监测期间发生呼吸事件 >= 15 次/h。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 18 and 65 years; 2. BMI < 30 kg/m^2; 3. Sign the informed consent form; 4. Sleep monitoring shows 5 times/h <= AHI < 30 times/h, meeting the diagnostic criteria for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). The diagnosis of OSA refers to the standards in the "Multidisciplinary Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Adult Obstructive Sleep Apnea" formulated by the Sleep Medicine Professional Committee of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association in 2018, which meet either A, B, or C: A: At least one of the following: (1) The patient has drowsiness, fatigue, daytime sleepiness, poor sleep quality, or insomnia; (2) Experiencing choking, chest tightness, or gasping during sleep that awakens the patient; (3) Observers note habitual snoring, apnea, or both during the patient’s sleep; B: PSG or initial sleep screening confirms that the patient experiences >= 5 respiratory events/h; C: PSG or initial sleep screening confirms that >= 15 respiratory events occur during the monitoring period.

排除标准：

1、妊娠及哺乳期女性； 2、入组前已诊断为OSA并接受相关治疗； 3、对硅胶过敏患者； 4、存在心、脑、肝、肾、呼吸功能损害或其他影响睡眠的疾病的患者； 5、植入心脏起博装置者； 6、上气道占位及肿瘤性病变、鼻部明显狭窄阻塞、腭咽平面明显狭窄或阻塞； 7、头颈颌面外科手术史； 8、其他口、鼻、咽喉部、肺部疾病患者或胸、肋骨骨折患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Diagnosed with OSA and received relevant treatment before enrollment; 3. Patients allergic to silicone gel; 4. Patients with heart, brain, liver, kidney, respiratory function impairment or other diseases that affect sleep; 5. Implanted cardiac pacemaker device; 6. Upper airway mass and tumor lesions, significant nasal stenosis or obstruction, significant narrowing or obstruction of the palatopharyngeal plane; 7. History of head and neck maxillofacial surgery; 8. Patients with other mouth, nose, throat, lung diseases, or chest and rib fractures.
