研究目的：

回顾性分析患者的颞下颌关节CBCT与MRI影像数据，分析CBCT所诊断的关节前间隙改变情况与MRI诊断的关节盘位置正常、可复性前移位、不可复性前移位的一致性关系，从而规范临床诊断路径。  

Objectives of Study：

The CBCT and MRI image data of the temporomandibular joint of the patient were retrospectively analyzed. The consistency relationship between the changes of the anterior joint space diagnosed by CBCT and the normal position of the articular disc diagnosed by MRI, the reversible anterior displacement and the irreversible anterior displacement was analyzed, so as to standardize the clinical diagnostic path.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 患者具有颞下颌关节 CBCT 和 MRI 两种影像资料； 2. 两种检查间隔不超过 15 日； 3. CBCT 影像诊断为颞下颌关节前间隙增宽、后间隙变窄的病例，或关节间隙正常的病例； 4. 患者年龄介于 15-60 岁之间； 5. 髁突前斜面或关节结节后斜面无骨质增生； 6. 影像学图像质量达标（无严重运动伪影、金属伪影，髁突及关节窝结构清晰可辨）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients had CBCT and MRI images of temporomandibular joint; 2. The interval between the two examinations was no more than 15 days; 3. CBCT images were diagnosed as cases with widened anterior space and narrowed posterior space of temporomandibular joint, or cases with normal joint space; 4. The age of the patients was between 15 and 60 years old; 5. There was no bone hyperplasia on the anterior slope of condyle or the posterior slope of joint nodules; 6. The quality of imaging images was up to standard (no serious motion artifacts, metal artifacts, clear structure of condyle and joint fossa).

排除标准：

1. 患者在进行 CBCT 或 MRI 检查前有颞下颌关节外伤史； 2. CBCT 与 MRI 检查之间进行了颞下颌关节治疗； 3. MRI 诊断为关节盘穿孔、变形、关节积液、骨关节炎； 4. 髁突磨平、变短、变小，或髁突骨质明显破坏。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient has a history of temporomandibular joint trauma before undergoing CBCT or MRI examination; 2. Temporomandibular joint treatment was performed between the CBCT and MRI examinations; 3. MRI diagnosis shows disc perforation, deformation, joint effusion, and osteoarthritis; 4. The condyle is flattened, shortened, or reduced in size, or there is significant condylar bone destruction.
