调查食管癌患者口腔衰弱现状，分析其影响因素，为针对性干预提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the current status of oral frailty in patients with esophageal cancer, analyze its influencing factors, and provide a reference basis for targeted interventions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合《食管癌诊疗指南2022版》中食管癌的诊断标准，并通过影像学检查或病理学检查确诊为食管癌；2.年龄≥18岁； 3.意识清楚、且能够正常交流与阅读； 4.患者自愿参与且签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for esophageal cancer according to the 2022 Edition of the Esophageal Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines, and be definitively diagnosed with esophageal cancer through imaging or pathological examination; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3.Have a clear consciousness and be able to communicate and read normally; 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.食管癌复发或远处脏器转移； 2.存在严重认知、听力障碍或精神类疾病等； 3.合并其他重要脏器严重疾病； 4.存在口腔肿瘤或口腔外伤等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Have esophageal cancer recurrence or distant organ metastasis; 2. Have severe cognitive impairment, hearing impairment, or mental illness, etc.; 3.Have severe diseases of other vital organs; 4.Have oral tumors or oral trauma, etc.
