研究目的：

乳腺癌的手术治疗，作为治疗疾病的重要手段，其结果往往伴随着患者乳房的缺失，这一身体上的显著变化，不仅让患者面临生理上的调整更在心理上引发了深刻的冲击，乳房的缺失导致患者的身体形象发生了巨大的改变，让患者感到自己不再完整从而引发自我形象紊乱的困扰，引发患者强烈的病耻感。乳腺癌患者经历外科手术后，常面临乳房缺失这一身体上的显著缺陷这一变化不仅让患者在生理层面上感受到不适，更在心理层面上引发了深刻的担忧与恐惧，害怕自己因这一缺陷而受到他人的歧视或排斥，更引发了对未来婚姻生活的深切担忧，也导致病人的病耻感增加。乳房缺失不仅在生理适应发生改变，更在心理社会适应层面给患者带来影响，而患者对疾病的心理适应则可以影响患者的负性情绪。通过深入探讨叙事护理在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果，分析其对患者心理社会适应能力、认知能力及病耻感的具体影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Surgical treatment for breast cancer, as an important means of treating the disease, often results in the loss of the patient's breast. This significant physical change not only brings about physiological adjustments for the patient but also causes a profound psychological impact. The loss of the breast leads to a huge change in the patient's body image. It makes patients feel that they are no longer complete, thereby causing them to be troubled by self-image disorder and evoking a strong sense of shame towards their illness. After undergoing surgery, breast cancer patients often face the significant physical defect of breast loss. This change not only makes patients feel uncomfortable physically, but also triggers profound worry and fear psychologically, fearing that they will be discriminated against or excluded by others due to this defect. It also leads to deep concerns about their future marital life and increases the patients' sense of shame about their illness. Breast loss not only causes changes in physiological adaptation but also affects patients at the psychosocial adaptation level, and the psychological adaptation of patients to the disease can influence their negative emotions. By deeply exploring the application effect of narrative nursing in breast cancer patients, this paper analyzes its specific impact on patients' psychosocial adaptability, cognitive ability and sense of stigma.

纳入标准：

1.2025.4至2028.12在乳腺中心诊断为乳腺癌的患者；
2.之前未接受过乳腺癌治疗；
3.治疗前经查无明确远处脏器转移；
4.意识清楚、不存在言语交流及读写障碍。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with breast cancer at the Breast Center from April 2025 to December 2028;
2. Those who have not received any treatment for breast cancer before;
3. No definite distant organ metastasis was found before treatment;
4. Conscious, with no speech communication or reading and writing disorders.

排除标准：

1.未在乳腺中心接受乳腺癌治疗；
2.既往确诊为其他恶性肿瘤；
3.具有明确诊断的心理或精神疾病；
4.无完全自主行为能力；
5.参与类似研究的患者；
6.自身原因无法接受叙事护理。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Not received breast cancer treatment at the breast center;
2. Previously diagnosed with other malignant tumors;
3. Have a clear diagnosis of psychological or mental illness;
4. Lack of full capacity for independent behavior;
5. Patients who participated in similar studies;
6. Unable to accept narrative care due to personal reasons.
