研究目的：

本研究紧扣儿童年轻恒牙畸形中央尖折断、牙外伤等特殊诊疗场景及临床特点，通过回顾性分析儿童口腔专科病例，对比根尖诱导成形术、再生性牙髓治疗术及改良术式的疗效差异，为个体化诊疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study focuses on the special treatment scenarios and clinical characteristics of central cusp fractures and dental trauma in young permanent teeth of children. By retrospectively analyzing cases from pediatric dental specialties, it compares the efficacy differences of apical inductionoplasty, regenerative endodontic therapy, and modified treatment methods, providing a basis for individualized diagnosis and treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.5-14岁健康（无全身疾病）儿童 2.单根发育未成熟的年轻恒牙； 3.完整的病历和影像学记录； 4.对于未能实现牙根完全形成的牙齿，要求至少随访6个月。随访时间不限于已实现牙根完全形成的牙齿。

Inclusion criteria

1.Healthy children aged 5-14 years (without any systemic diseases) 2.Young permanent teeth with immature root development 3. Complete medical records and imaging data 4. For teeth whose root has not fully formed, at least a 6-month follow-up is required. The follow-up period is not limited to teeth that have achieved complete root formation.

排除标准：

1.存在严重心、肝、肾功能不全； 2.有牙周受累的牙齿； 3.患有慢性全身性疾病患者（如有恶性肿瘤；伴凝血功能障碍患者等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1.There is severe dysfunction of the heart, liver and kidneys; 2.There are teeth with periodontal involvement; 3. Patients with chronic systemic diseases (such as those with malignant tumors; patients with coagulation disorders, etc.).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究为回顾性病历资料分析，数据采集通过查阅医院电子病历系统完成，采用 Excel 进行数据管理。数据采集前已制定统一的病例记录表（CRF），由 2 名研究者独立录入并交叉核对，确保数据准确性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study is a retrospective analysis of medical record data. Data collection is completed by reviewing the hospital electronic medical record system, and data management is performed using Excel. A unified case report form (CRF) was developed before data collection, and data were independently entered and cross-checked by two researchers to ensure data accuracy.
