研究目的：

1.构建一个整合临床数据、影像资料、病理图片、内镜图片和视频，多组学测序数据（菌群、代谢）的儿童IBD多模态专病数据库； 2.分析真实世界中儿童IBD患者的治疗转归，探索影响疾病进展与治疗应答的临床及生物学因素； 3.明确不同基线状态下（如疾病活动度、部位、治疗前）患者的肠道/唾液菌群、代谢特征及其与黏膜免疫、治疗转归的关系； 4.探究肠道、唾液菌群、代谢特征等与治疗应答（包括生物制剂、营养疗法等）的关联，构建多模态预测模型，实现对治疗应答、疾病复发、并发症等关键结局的早期预测。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To establish a specialized, multimodal database for pediatric inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) that integrates clinical data, imaging records, histopathology slides, endoscopic images and videos, as well as multi?omics sequencing data—particularly microbiome and metabolomic profiles. 2.To evaluate treatment outcomes of pediatric IBD in real?world clinical settings and to identify clinical and biological factors that contribute to disease progression, therapeutic response, and long?term prognosis. 3.To comprehensively characterize intestinal and salivary microbiota and metabolic signatures across diverse baseline conditions—including varying disease activity levels, anatomical sites, and pre?treatment states—and to elucidate their relationships with mucosal immune responses and therapeutic efficacy. 4.To investigate the interplay between intestinal and salivary microbiota, metabolic profiles, and other host or environmental factors with treatment responses (including responses to biologic agents and nutritional interventions), and to construct multimodal predictive models for the early prediction of critical clinical outcomes such as treatment response, disease relapse, and complication development.

1.2013年1月至2031年2月在上海市儿童医院确诊为IBD的患者

Inclusion criteria

1. Pediatric patients diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease at Shanghai Children’s Hospital between January 2013 and February 2031.

排除标准：

1.既往诊断、治疗信息缺失的患者； 2.前瞻性不愿意签署知情同意书进行信息、标本采集的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with incomplete or missing information regarding prior diagnoses or treatments. 2. Patients who declined to provide written informed consent for the collection of clinical information or biological specimens.
