研究目的：

（1）调查肺癌患者及其配偶照顾者的家庭抗逆力现状并分析影响因素。 （2）基于ABC-X压力理论模型构建一套关于肺癌患者及配偶照顾者的家庭抗逆力干预方案。 （3）探讨干预方案对肺癌患者及其配偶照顾者家庭抗逆力、社会支持、家庭关怀度、应对方式和照顾者负担的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Investigate the current status of family resilience of lung cancer patients and their spouses' caregivers and analyze the influencing factors. (2) Based on the ABC-X stress theory model, construct a set of family resilience intervention programs for lung cancer patients and their spouses' caregivers. (3) To explore the application effects of the intervention program on the family resilience, social support, family care, coping styles and caregiver burden of lung cancer patients and their spouses' caregivers.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者： 1.符合我国中华医学会肿瘤学会肺癌临床诊疗指南中的肺癌诊断标准，明确为支气管或肺恶性肿瘤的患者； 2.知晓自身病情及诊断； 3.年龄≥18岁，已婚且配偶为主要照顾者； 4.意识清楚，具有正常的阅读理解能力及语言表达能力； 5.知情同意且自愿参加本研究。 配偶照顾者： 1.为纳入本研究肺癌患者的配偶； 2.知晓患者的病情及诊断； 3.具有基本的理解和表达能力； 4.知情同意且自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Patient: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for lung cancer in the Clinical Diagnosis and treatment Guidelines for lung Cancer of the Chinese Society of Oncology, Chinese Medical Association, and are clearly diagnosed with malignant tumors of the bronchus or lungs; 2. Be aware of one's own condition and diagnosis; 3. Age >=18 years old, married with the spouse as the primary caregiver; 4. Clear consciousness, with normal reading comprehension ability and language expression ability; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. Spouse caregiver 1. The spouse of the lung cancer patients included in this study; 2. Be aware of the patient's condition and diagnosis; 3. Possess basic comprehension and expression abilities; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

患者： 1.有严重精神疾病、听力障碍，无法配合调查； 2.参与本次研究前6个月内遭遇其他重大应激事件； 3.伴随严重的肝肾功能障碍、心脑血管等疾病以及出现肺癌远处转移的患者； 4.最近1月内服用过抗抑郁、镇静剂等药物； 5.接受其他各类心理治疗者； 6.正在参与其他研究。 配偶照顾者： 1.有严重精神疾病、听力障碍，无法配合调查； 2.参与本次研究前6个月内遭遇除确诊肺癌外的其他重大家庭变故如离异、亲人去世等； 3.患有严重的躯体疾病； 4.正在参与其他研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Patient: 1. Has severe mental illness or hearing impairment and is unable to cooperate with the investigation; 2. Experienced other major stressful events within the six months prior to participating in this study; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and distant metastasis of lung cancer; 4. Have taken antidepressants, sedatives or other medications within the last month; 5. Those who receive other types of psychological therapy; 6. Currently participating in other research. Spouse caregiver 1. Has severe mental illness or hearing impairment and is unable to cooperate with the investigation; 2. Within the six months prior to participating in this study, one has experienced any major family changes other than being diagnosed with lung cancer, such as divorce or the death of a loved one; 3. Suffering from a serious physical illness; 4. Currently participating in other research.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

通过医院病历系统采集研究对象的一般个人资料，通过问卷调查的形式，采用量表（家庭抗逆力量表、家庭关怀度指数测评量表、领悟性社会支持量表、应对方式量表、Zarit照顾者负担量表）收集数据。数据的管理由研究者及研究组成员将收集的数据编号后分类保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The general personal information of the research subjects was collected through the hospital medical record system. Data were collected in the form of questionnaires using scales (Family Resilience Scale, Family Care Index Assessment Scale, Cognitive Social Support Scale, Coping Style Scale, Zarit Caregiver Burden Scale). The management of data is carried out by researchers and research group members, who number the collected data and then classify and store them.
