研究目的：

1.主要目的：探讨重度烧伤患者伤后早期（28天内）肠道菌群组成和多样性的动态变化规律。 2.次要目的：分析肠道菌群特征（如多样性、特定菌群丰度）与肌肉质量/功能指标（通过超声、手握力等评估）动态变化的相关性。探索影响“肠-肌轴”的临床混杂因素（如抗生素使用、营养摄入）。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Objective: To investigate the dynamic changes in the composition and diversity of the gut microbiota in severely burned patients during the early phase (within 28 days) post-injury. 2.Secondary Objectives: To analyze the correlations between gut microbiota characteristics (e.g., diversity, abundance of specific bacterial taxa) and dynamic changes in muscle mass/function parameters (assessed by ultrasound, handgrip strength, etc.); and to explore clinical confounding factors (e.g., antibiotic use, nutritional intake) that may influence the "gut-muscle axis."

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄>18周岁； 2. 诊断为重度烧伤（成人 TBSA 超过 20%，老年人 TBSA 超过 10%）； 3. 伤后48小时内入院； 4. 预计生存期 > 72小时；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age > 18 years; 2. Diagnosed with severe burns (TBSA > 20% in adults, TBSA > 10% in elderly individuals); 3. Admitted to hospital within 48 hours post-injury; 4. Expected survival > 72 hours;

排除标准：

1. 入院前有慢性胃肠道疾病、慢性肌肉神经系统疾病； 2. 长期（>1个月）使用益生菌、抗生素或免疫抑制剂； 3. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 4. 有精神疾病史或认知障碍，无法配合； 5. 研究者判断不适合参与的其他情况（如极度危重，无法进行任何样本采集）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of chronic gastrointestinal diseases or chronic musculoskeletal diseases prior to admission; 2. Long-term (>1 month) use of probiotics, antibiotics, or immunosuppressants; 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4. History of psychiatric illness or cognitive impairment that prevents cooperation; 5. Other conditions deemed by the investigator to make participation unsuitable (e.g., extremely critical condition preventing any sample collection).
