研究目的：

比较慢性萎缩性胃炎合并反流性食管炎患者（CAG+RE）与无萎缩性胃炎的反流性食管炎患者（non-CAG+RE）之间的反流特征及食管动力学差异，并探索 CAG 背景下 RE 的潜在反流机制表型。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare reflux characteristics and esophageal motility between CAG+RE and non-CAG+RE patients, and to investigate the potential reflux mechanism phenotypes underlying RE in the setting of chronic atrophic gastritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18–75岁，男女不限； 2.半年内胃镜证实LA A/B/C/D级反流性食管炎（洛杉矶LA分级）； 3.同意完成HRM与MII-pH检测及问卷采集； 4.同意参与前瞻性随访和数据采集，并签署知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 18 - 75 years old, gender not restricted; 2. Within the past six months, confirmed by gastroscopy as LA A/B/C/D grade reflux esophagitis (Los Angeles LA classification); 3. Agree to complete HRM and MII-pH tests as well as questionnaire collection; 4. Agree to participate in the prospective follow-up and data collection, and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

若受试者存在以下任一情况，将予以排除： 1.特殊类型胃炎（自身免疫胃炎/化学性/胆汁反流性萎缩性胃炎）； 2.存在任何其余食管结构性或黏膜疾病（如 Barrett 食管、嗜酸性食管炎、食管狭窄、食管静脉曲张、恶性肿瘤，或既往化学性 / 热损伤 / 放射损伤史）； 3.存在影响食管-胃肠动力的系统性疾病（如系统性硬化症、皮肌炎、系统性红斑狼疮、淀粉样变性），未控制的糖尿病（空腹血糖 >=11.1 mmol/L），严重肺心脑血管疾病，明显肝肾功能障碍或严重精神疾病； 4.既往胃或食管手术史（含 EMR/ESD）； 5.妊娠期、哺乳期或计划在研究期间妊娠者； 6.近 4 周内接受根除治疗或影响动力/反流的药物未按停药要求洗脱

Exclusion criteria：

If the subject has any of the following conditions, they will be excluded: 1. Special types of gastritis (autoimmune gastritis/chemical/choledocholitic atrophic gastritis); 2. Any other structural or mucosal diseases of the esophagus (such as Barrett's esophagus, eosinophilic esophagitis, esophageal stenosis, esophageal varices, malignant tumors, or a history of chemical/thermal/radiation injury); 3. Systemic diseases that affect esophageal-gastrointestinal motility (such as systemic sclerosis, dermatomyositis, systemic lupus erythematosus, amyloidosis), uncontrolled diabetes (fasting blood glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L), severe pulmonary, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, obvious liver and kidney dysfunction or severe mental illness; 4. Previous history of gastric or esophageal surgery (including EMR/ESD); 5. Pregnant, lactating or planning to become pregnant during the study period; 6. Within the past 4 weeks, received eradication treatment or drugs that affect motility/ reflux and failed to follow the withdrawal requirements.
