研究目的：

本研究通过构建慢性伤口患者的医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤的预防方案，并通过实证研究验证其临床应用效果，为降低慢性伤口患者医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study develops a prevention protocol for medical adhesive-related skin injury (MARSI) in patients with chronic wounds, and validates its clinical application effect through empirical research, thereby providing a reference for reducing MARSI in this patient population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄>=18岁； 2. 诊断为慢性伤口的患者（如糖尿病足溃疡、压力性损伤2期及以上、静脉溃疡、各种难愈性创面，伤口持续时间>4周）； 3. 伤口区域或其周围需要使用医用粘胶产品； 4. 知情同意且自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Diagnosed with a chronic wound (e.g., diabetic foot ulcer, pressure injury stage 2 or above, venous ulcer, various non-healing wounds with wound duration > 4 weeks); 3. Requires the use of medical adhesive products on or around the wound area; 4. Provides informed consent and voluntarily agrees to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1. 伤口周围皮肤已存在医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤； 2. 对研究中使用的皮肤保护剂、粘胶去除剂等已知过敏； 3. 合并严重影响皮肤状态的疾病； 4. 患有严重认知功能障碍或精神疾病，无法配合研究； 5. 预期生存期<4周或计划转院者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Existing medical adhesive-related skin injury (MARSI) on the periwound skin; 2. Known allergy to skin protectants, adhesive removers, or other products used in the study; 3. Complicated with diseases that severely affect skin condition; 4. Severe cognitive impairment or mental illness that prevents cooperation with the study; 5. Expected survival < 4 weeks or planned transfer to another hospital.
