研究目的：

本研究旨在了解轻度认知障碍患者对疾病进展恐惧的概念认知，试图阐释轻度认知障碍患者疾病进展恐惧的的情感世界，为轻度认知障碍患者负性情绪的干预和延缓认知恶化进展提供理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to understand the conceptual cognition of fear of disease progression in patients with mild cognitive impairment, attempting to elucidate the emotional world of fear of disease progression in patients with mild cognitive impairment, and provide a theoretical basis for intervening in negative emotions and delaying cognitive deterioration progression in patients with mild cognitive impairment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者： （1）年龄≥18岁； （2）认知功能：a.主诉或知情者报告患者相关记忆力或者其他认知域存在认知障碍至少持续3个月；b.简易精神状态评价量表（MMSE）≥20（小学）或者≥24（中学及以上）； （3）疾病进展恐惧简化量表>34分； （4）知情同意且自愿参加本研究。 2.照护者： （1）患者确诊轻度认知障碍后照护患者≥6个月； （2）能够正常交流； （3）知情同意且自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patient: (1) Age >= 18 years old; (2) Cognitive function: a. The chief complaint or informant reports that the patient has cognitive impairment related to memory or other cognitive domains for at least 3 months; b. Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >= 20 (primary school) or >= 24 (secondary school and above); (3) Disease progression fear simplified scale>34 points; (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. 2.Caregivers: (1) Care for patients diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment for at least 6 months; (2) Able to communicate normally; (3) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1.患者： （1）合并身体重大疾病者； （2）严重听力、视力障碍，无法配合者； （3）正在参加其他实验患者。 2.照护者： （1）身体重大疾病等无法配合者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients: (1) those with significant physical illnesses; (2) Individuals with severe hearing and visual impairments who are unable to cooperate; (3) Participating in other experimental patients. 2.Caregivers: (1) Those who are unable to cooperate due to major physical illnesses or other illnesses;
