研究目的：

分析老年人群骨质疏松性骨折预防性行为的影响因素，验证传统健康教育方式对提高老年人群相关认知水平和促进其形成预防性行为的有效性，为构建预防老年人群骨质疏松性骨折健康干预模式打下基础。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to analyze the influencing factors of preventive behaviors for osteoporotic fractures in the elderly population. It also seeks to verify the effectiveness of traditional health education methods in enhancing the elderly's relevant cognitive levels and promoting the formation of preventive behaviors. This will lay a foundation for constructing a health intervention model to prevent osteoporotic fractures in the elderly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.本地居民（在所在地城市居住半年及以上）； 2.60-75岁老年人； 3.从未诊断为“骨质疏松症”； 4.近5年未发生任何骨折，近5年未接受过骨密度检查，从未接受任何抗骨质疏松药物治疗； 5.愿意参与本次研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Local residents (having resided in the local city for at least half a year); 2. Elderly people aged 60-75; 3. Never diagnosed with "osteoporosis"; 4. No fractures in the past 5 years, no bone density check in the past 5 years, and no treatment with any anti-osteoporosis drugs; 5. Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.肿瘤； 2.认知功能障碍，精神疾病； 3.艾滋病患者； 4.依从性差，或者不能正确理解配合以致不能完成随访者； 5.听力或视力障碍，无法正常交流或阅读材料； 6.已经参加其他骨质疏松相关研究； 7. 其他研究者认为不适合纳入的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Tumor; 2. Cognitive dysfunction, mental illness; 3. AIDS patients; 4. Poor compliance, or inability to correctly understand and cooperate, resulting in failure to complete the follow-up; 5. Hearing or vision impairment, inability to communicate normally or read materials; 6. Has participated in other osteoporosis-related studies; 7. Other situations deemed unsuitable for inclusion by other researchers.
