研究目的：

研究GnRHa预处理对子宫内膜异位症患者冻融胚胎移植结局的影响，探讨子宫内膜异位症患者冻融胚胎移植的最佳内膜准备方案。  

Objectives of Study：

This prospective cohort study evaluates that GnRHa administration prior to embryo transfer in freeze cycles of patients with endometriosis and studies whether it could improve pregnancy outcomes and the best preparation of endometrium.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、既往手术证实的子宫内膜异位症患者，或 MR/2 次以上 B 超（间隔 3 周以上） 诊断的卵巢巧克力囊肿患者；
2、不孕原因为子宫内膜异位症/输卵管因素/男方因素，拟行FET助孕者；
3、年龄20-40岁；
4、BMI 18-25kg/m2；
5、本周期拟ET 2个卵裂期胚胎，或1-2个囊胚期胚胎，其中包括≥1个优质卵裂期胚胎/囊胚。

Inclusion criteria

1. All patients had endometriosis diagnosed by a prior surgery and/or MR ovarian twice（More than 3 weeks apart） chocolate cyst diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound;
2. The cause of infertility is endometriosis and / or fallopian tube factors and/or male factors, and FET assisted pregnancy;
3. Aged between 20 and 40 years;
4. BMI 18-25kg/m2.
5. This cycle plans to ET 2 frozen embryos, or 1-2 blastula embryo which include more than one good cleavage stage embryo/blastocyst.

排除标准：

1、反复胚胎种植失败(＞2次)；
2、既往周期 HCG 日/FET 周期中内膜转化日子宫内膜厚度＜7cm；
3、合并子宫腺肌病、中重度宫腔粘连、内膜息肉、粘膜下肌瘤（若内膜息肉和粘膜下肌瘤已经手术治疗，现无明显内膜息肉和粘膜下肌瘤，不作为排除标准）；
4、明显的输卵管积液（子宫的一侧或双侧探及异常积液暗区,液区透声好,后方回声增强,积液大部分呈腊肠状、有分隔。最大径线＞20mm）；
5、入组前3个月内接受任何长效GnRH-a制剂、口服避孕药治；
6、未经手术确诊的卵巢巧克力囊肿平均直径＞4cm；
7、CA125≥200IU/L；
8、夫妻双方或一方存在临床意义的染色体异常者；
9、不能进行长期随访或依从性差，或者研究者认为存在影响受试者参加试验或结果评价的任何因素；
10、同期参与其他临床研究或应用可能影响妊娠结局的其他药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Recurrent implantation failure( > 2次);
2. Always cycle endometrial thickness(mm) < 7cm in HCG day or FET cycle;
3. combined with adenomyosis, moderate and severe uterine cavity adhesion, endometrial polyps, submucosal fibroids, except endometrial polyps and submucosal fibroids have been surgically treated, and there are no obvious endometrial polyps and submucosal fibroids;
4. obvious oviduct effusion which maximum diameter > 20mm;
5. No patients were included who had received long-acting GnRH agonists or progestins for treatment of symptomatic endometriosis within 3 months of initiation of their IVF cycle;
6. The mean diameter of an unsurgically diagnosed ovarian chocolate cyst was > 4cm;
7. CA125 >= 200IU/L;
8. Clinically significant abnormal chromosomes of the husband/wife or both;
9. No long-term follow-up or compliance can be carried out, or any factors that the researchers believe will affect the participants' participation in the test or outcome evaluation;
10. Other medications that may affect pregnancy outcomes in other clinical studies or applications during the same period.
