研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨一种针对慢性呼吸系统疾病肺部微生态失衡的干预新策略，与当前临床常用药物进行对比，评估其临床疗效与安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore a new intervention strategy for the imbalance of pulmonary microecology in chronic respiratory diseases, compare it with the commonly used drugs in current clinical practice, and evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合GOLD指南的COPD临床诊断标准； 2. 经高分辨率CT（HRCT）确诊为支气管扩张； 3. 符合GINA指南的哮喘诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

1. Clinical diagnostic criteria for COPD in accordance with the GOLD guidelines; 2. Confirmed bronchiectasis by high-resolution CT (HRCT); 3. Diagnostic criteria for asthma in accordance with the GINA guidelines.

排除标准：

1. 合并严重的心、肝、肾等重要脏器功能不全； 2. 长期口服或近期（4周内）使用过糖皮质激素或免疫抑制剂； 3. 存在认知障碍或精神疾病，无法配合研究或治疗； 4. 对研究用药或干预措施有禁忌症或过敏史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys; 2. Long-term oral administration or recent (within 4 weeks) use of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants; 3. Presence of cognitive impairment or mental illness, unable to cooperate with the study or treatment; 4. Contraindications or allergy history to the study medication or intervention measures.
