研究目的：

探究针刺技术灸联合神经调控治疗对于周围性面瘫的临床疗效及安全性，为临床治疗选择提供新的理论依据和方向。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with moxibustion and neuromodulation in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis, providing new theoretical basis and direction for clinical treatment choices.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18-80岁； 2.符合中医诊断：口眼歪斜，恶风发热，耳后疼痛，胸脘满闷，闭眼无力，病程较长，舌质胖，少苔，脉细涩； 3.西医诊断标准：患者在静止时存在双侧额纹不对称等情况，双侧眉毛高度、眼裂大小不相等，存在单侧鼻唇沟不同程度变浅、口角下垂情况；患者皱眉、闭眼等动作正常，但鼓腮、耸鼻等动作会出现面部不对称，作咧嘴、示齿等动作会出现口角歪斜，患者亦有夹食、流涎等症状。 4.客观评估指标：完善面神经电图及瞬目反射等辅助检查客观证明周围性面瘫； 5.患者或家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged from 18 to 80 years old. 2.TCM diagnostic criteria: Deviation of the mouth and eyes, aversion to wind with fever, retroauricular pain, chest and epigastric distention, inability to close the eyes, prolonged disease course, enlarged tongue body with little coating, thready and hesitant pulse. 3.Western medicine diagnostic criteria: At rest, patients present with asymmetric bilateral forehead wrinkles, unequal height of bilateral eyebrows and palpebral fissure width, as well as unilateral nasolabial fold shallowing of varying degrees and ptosis of the mouth corner. The movements such as frowning and eye closing are basically normal, while cheek bulging and nose wrinkling manifest facial asymmetry; grinning and showing teeth induce mouth corner deviation. Patients may also have food retention in the buccal space and salivation. 4.Objective evaluation indexes: Auxiliary examinations including electroneuronography of facial nerve and blink reflex are completed to objectively confirm the diagnosis of peripheral facial paralysis. 5.Written informed consent is signed by the patient or their family members.

排除标准：

1.因患有亨特综合征、中枢性面瘫、格林-巴利综合征、脑膜炎、中耳炎、后颅窝肿瘤等疾病导致周围性神经炎性面瘫者； 2.已经接受可影响本研究结果的其他治疗者;存在严重心肝肾系统疾病者； 3.存在低频电刺激或经颅磁刺激禁忌证患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those with peripheral inflammatory facial paralysis caused by Ramsay Hunt syndrome, central facial paralysis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, meningitis, otitis media, posterior fossa tumor and other diseases; 2.Those who have received other treatments that may affect the results of this study; Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic or renal system diseases; 3.Patients with contraindications to low-frequency electrical stimulation or transcranial magnetic stimulation.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection adopts Case Record Form (CRF) to uniformly collect clinical data of subjects. All data are filled and verified by designated researchers. No internet-based Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system is used. Data entry, sorting, verification and management are performed by Excel spreadsheet with double data entry and logical validation to ensure authenticity, integrity, accuracy and traceability of research data.
