研究目的：

分析冷冻胚胎移植周期患者的宫颈微生物组、肠道微生物组与妊娠结局之间的关系，评估微生物组对妊娠结局的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the relationship between the cervical microbiome, intestinal microbiome and pregnancy outcomes in patients undergoing frozen embryo transfer cycles, and to evaluate the predictive value of the microbiome for pregnancy outcomes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）进行辅助生殖周期的不孕女性,准备冷冻胚胎移植（FET）；
2）20≤女性年龄≤45岁；
3）单囊胚移植；
4）黄体转化日子宫内膜厚度≥7mm；
5）签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Infertile women undergoing assisted reproductive cycles are preparing for frozen embryo transfer (FET). 2.20<=female age <=45 years old; 3.Single blastocyst transfer; 4.The endometrial thickness on the day of luteal phase transition is >=7mm; 5.Sign the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.存在ART或妊娠禁忌的全身性疾病；
2.子宫畸形、宫腔粘连、较大子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌症、子宫内膜息肉；
3.未经治疗的输卵管积液；
4.自身免疫性疾病；
5.未经治疗的甲亢/甲减；
6.高泌乳素血症；
7.过去7天使用抗生素；
8.当前或近3个月滥用药物、酒精或烟草；
9.拒绝或无法遵守方案要求；
10.筛选前60天内参与实验性药物研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Systemic diseases with contraindications to ART or pregnancy;
2.uterine malformations, intrauterine adhesions, large uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, endometrial polyps;
3.untreated hydrosalpinx;
4.autoimmune diseases;
5.untreated hyperthyroidism/hypothyroidism;
6.hyperprolactinemia;
7.use of antibiotics within the past 7 days;
8.current or history of drug, alcohol, or tobacco abuse within the past 3 months;
9.refusal or inability to comply with protocol requirements;
10.participation in an experimental drug study within 60 days prior to screening.
