研究目的：

通过高通量、高精度的基因分型技术筛选出与NSSI相关的遗传标志物，并建立早期识别模型，为临床青少年抑郁伴NSSI诊疗提供有价值的早期识别高风险个体或用药疗效预测奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

By screening genetic markers associated with NSSI using high-throughput, high-precision genotyping technology, and establishing an early identification model, this study lays the foundation for the early identification of high-risk individuals or the prediction of treatment efficacy in clinical adolescent depression with NSSI.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

抑郁症伴或不伴 NSSI 组： 1.年龄 10～18 岁，性别不限； 2.符合 DSM-5 中抑郁障碍及非自杀性自伤（NSSI）行为障碍的诊断标准； 3.17 项汉密尔顿抑郁量表（Hamilton Rating Scale For Depression，HAMD-17）分数≥17 分。再以 NSSI 行为和 OSI 量表来判定是否入组(入组前两周内出现自伤行为次数不为零) 4.知情同意后签署知情同意告知书。 健康组： 1.年龄 10～18 岁； 2.性别不限； 3.身体健康， 4.无抑郁焦虑情绪和睡眠问题， 5.经家长或监护人同意自愿参加， 6.填写知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Depression with or without NSSI Group: 1. Age 10–18 years, any gender; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for depressive disorders and Non-Suicidal Self-Injury (NSSI) behavior disorder according to DSM-5; 3. Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HAMD-17) score >=17. Inclusion will then be determined based on NSSI behavior and OSI scale (the number of self-injury occurrences in the two weeks before enrollment is not zero); 4. Signed informed consent after being informed. Healthy Group: 1. Age 10–18 years; 2. Any gender; 3. Physically healthy; 4. No depressive, anxious emotions, or sleep problems; 5. Volunteered to participate with parental or guardian consent; 6. Completed informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.既往或目前存在明确的脑器质性疾病病史和内分泌、心血管系统疾病以及其他严重躯体疾病病史者； 2.曾经接受过至少 10 次的连续心理治疗以排除连续心理治疗对脑功能的影响； 3.怀孕或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with a past or current history of definite organic brain diseases, endocrine or cardiovascular system diseases, or other severe physical illnesses; 2. Individuals who have previously received at least 10 consecutive psychological therapy sessions to rule out the effects of continuous psychological therapy on brain function; 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
