研究目的：

1.主要目的 探索米库氯铵持续泵注在需神经监测的甲状腺手术中对手术操作条件的改善作用。 2.次要目的 （1）探索术中持续输注米库氯铵对甲状腺手术的神经监测患者全麻术后苏醒 期苏醒质量的影响； （2）探究米库氯铵小剂量持续输注对甲状腺手术IONM的影响。 （3）评估米库氯铵的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective To explore the improvement effect of continuous infusion of mivacurium on the surgical operation conditions in thyroid surgeries requiring nerve monitoring. 2. Secondary objectives (1) To explore the impact of continuous intraoperative infusion of mivacurium on the postoperative recovery quality of patients undergoing general anesthesia for thyroid surgery; (2) To investigate the effect of continuous small-dose infusion of mivacurium on intraoperative IONM in thyroid surgeries; (3) To assess the safety of mivacurium.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18岁-65岁，ASA I-II级，接受择期甲状腺手术的患者； 2.术中采用神经功能监测； 3.无米库氯铵或其他食物药物严重过敏史及过敏性疾病； 4.患者自愿参加，且签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients aged 18 to 65 years, ASA I-II, undergoing elective thyroid surgery;
2.Intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring was used;
3.No history of severe allergy to mikukloramine or other foods and drugs, or allergic diseases;
4.The patient voluntarily participates and has signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.体重指数（body mass index，BMI）<18kg/m^2或者>30kg/m^2； 2.SBP>180mmHg或DBP>110mmHg； 3.既往有哮喘等严重过敏性疾病者； 4.合并有帕金森、重症肌无力等神经肌肉接头疾病者； 5.已知或怀疑非典型血浆胆碱酯酶基因纯合子及血浆胆碱酯酶降低； 6.妊娠及哺乳期女性； 7.患者一般情况差，合并严重心血管系统、呼吸系统、肝肾、中枢神经系统、血液系统等疾病病史； 8.酗酒或者依赖镇痛、精神类药品者； 9.合并使用禁忌药物

Exclusion criteria：

1.Body mass index (BMI) <18 kg/m^2or >30 kg/m^2; 2.SBP > 180 mmHg or DBP > 110 mmHg; 3.Those with a history of asthma or other severe allergic conditions; 4.Those with neuromuscular junction diseases such as Parkinson's and myasthenia gravis; 5.Known or suspected atypical plasma cholinesterase gene homozygotes and decreased plasma cholinesterase; 6.Pregnant and breastfeeding women; 7.The patient is generally in poor condition, with a medical history of severe cardiovascular, respiratory, liver and kidney, central nervous system, and hematological diseases. 8.People who abuse alcohol or rely on painkillers or psychiatric medications; 9.Concurrent use of contraindicated drugs
