Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of improved night shift eating behavior on sleep quality of ICU shift nurses after night shift.

纳入标准：

1. 第一部分：ICU 轮班护士夜班进食窗口与夜班后睡眠质量相关性研究 (1) 具有护士执业资格证书； (2) 最近 6 个月持续参与 ICU 轮班工作。 2. 第二部分：改良夜班进食行为对 ICU 轮班护士夜班后睡眠质量的干预研究 (1) 具有护士执业资格证书； (2) 最近半年持续参与 ICU 轮班工作； (3) 夜班期间进食且愿意参与干预者； (4) 年龄 18～45 岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Part One: A Study on the Correlation between the Night Shift Feeding Window of ICU Shift Nurses and Sleep Quality after Night Shift (1) Possessing a nurse's practice qualification certificate; (2) I have been continuously participating in ICU shift work for the past six months. 2. Part Two: Intervention Study on Improving Night Shift Eating Behavior on Sleep Quality of ICU Shift Nurses After Night Shift (1) Possessing a nurse's practice qualification certificate; (2) Continuously participated in ICU shift work in the past six months; (3) Those who eat during night shifts and are willing to participate in the intervention; (4) Age: 18 to 45 years old.

排除标准：

1. 第一部分：ICU 轮班护士夜班进食窗口与夜班后睡眠质量相关性研究 (1) 实习、规培、外出进修或病产假护士； (2) 患有严重的躯体疾病（如心脏病、糖尿病等可能影响进食和睡眠的疾病）； (3) 存在精神心理疾病；近期经历重大应激事件； (4) 近期服用可能影响睡眠或食欲的药物； (5) 因任何原因需服用特殊饮食。 2. 第二部分：改良夜班进食行为对 ICU 轮班护士夜班后睡眠质量的干预研究 (1) 实习、规培、外出进修或病产假护士； (2) 患有严重的躯体疾病、消化道疾病和血糖异常； (3) 存在精神心理疾病； (4) 近期服用可能影响睡眠或食欲的药物； (5) 因任何原因需服用特殊饮食； (6) 不耐受禁食； (7) 研究期间参加其他干预研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Part One: A Study on the Correlation between Night Shift Feeding Windows and Sleep Quality After Night Shift for ICU Shift Nurses (1) Nurses on internship, standardized training, off-campus further education or maternity leave; (2) Suffering from serious physical diseases (such as heart disease, diabetes and other diseases that may affect eating and sleep); (3) Have mental or psychological disorders; Recently experienced major stressful events; (4) Recently taken medications that may affect sleep or appetite; (5) For any reason, a special diet is required. 2. Part Two: Intervention Study on Improving Night Shift Eating Behavior on Sleep Quality of ICU Shift Nurses After Night Shift (1) Nurses on internship, standardized training, further education outside or maternity leave; (2) Suffering from serious physical diseases, digestive tract diseases and abnormal blood sugar levels; (3) Have mental or psychological disorders; (4) Recently taking any medication that may affect sleep or appetite; (5) For any reason, special diets need to be taken; (6) Intolerance to fasting; (7) Participate in other intervention studies during the research period.

本研究采用区组随机的方法进行分组，由未参与研究的课题组成员使用 SPSS26.0 软件生成随机分组序列，区组长度设为 10，共生成 15 个区组，并记录对应的 Seed 编码。研究者根据患者入院顺序和区组随机序列进行分组分配。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This study adopted the method of block randomization for grouping. Members of the research group who were not involved in the study used SPSS26.0 software to generate random grouping sequences. The block length was set to 10, and a total of 15 blocks were generated, with the corresponding Seed codes recorded. The researchers grouped and assigned the patients based on their admission order and the random sequence of blocks.
