研究目的：

探讨TyG指数与脓毒症合并高乳酸血症患者院内死亡风险之间的相关性，辅助临床医生识别高危患者，指导早期临床决策。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the correlation between the TyG index and the in-hospital mortality risk of patients with sepsis complicated by hyperlactatemia, and to assist clinicians in identifying high-risk patients and guiding early clinical decisions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于 18 岁; 2.诊断为脓毒症（依据 ICD 编码）; 3.患者入院后 24 小时内有至少一次乳酸检测结果，且乳酸>= 2.0mmol/L

Inclusion criteria

1. Age greater than 18 years old; 2. Diagnosed with sepsis (according to ICD codes); 3. At least one lactate test result within 24 hours of hospital admission, with lactate >= 2.0 mmol/L

排除标准：

1.ICU 住院时间小于24 小时； 2.年龄小于18 岁； 3.甘油三酯和空腹血糖数据缺失； 4.对于多次入住 ICU的患者，仅选择第一次入ICU的检查结果；

Exclusion criteria：

1. ICU hospitalization time is less than 24 hours; 2. Age is less than 18 years old; 3. Triglyceride and fasting blood glucose data are missing; 4. For patients with multiple ICU admissions, only the examination results from the first ICU admission are selected;
