Objectives of Study：

To explore the application effect of humanistic care teaching mode in the clinical teaching of emergency department nursing students.

纳入标准：

1.急诊科实习护生； 2.均为首次实习； 3.自愿参加，对本次研究知晓并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Nursing students undertaking internships in the emergency department; 2. First-time interns; 3. Voluntary participation, with awareness of the study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.病假7天及以上； 2.中途出科、退学、休学等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Sick leave of 7 days or more; 2. Mid-term withdrawal, discontinuation of studies, or leave of absence.

采用传统急诊科带教模式，不开展人文关怀的培训，不要求写生书写反思日记。带教老师凭借工作经验，向学生传授心理护理、伦理等相关知识。开展一次急诊专科知识集中授课，为期1天。

The traditional teaching model for the emergency department was adopted, which did not include training on humanistic care nor require students to write reflective journals. Supervising teachers relied on their work experience to impart knowledge related to psychological care, ethics, and other relevant topics. One centralized lecture on specialized emergency department knowledge was conducted, lasting one day.

在开展一次急诊专科知识集中授课基础上，增添人文关怀授课。 对临床带教老师统一进行人文关怀理论培训，并进行考核，考核通过好，惊醒临床带教。一个月的临床实践中，带教老师在讲解专科技能的同时，讲解急危重症患者的心理特点、沟通技巧、伦理道德修养等。

In addition to the centralized lecture on specialized emergency department knowledge, training on humanistic care was incorporated. Clinical instructors uniformly received theoretical training on humanistic care and underwent an assessment. Only those who passed the assessment proceeded to clinical teaching. During the one-month clinical practice, while explaining specialized skills, the instructors also covered the psychological characteristics of critically ill patients, communication techniques, and ethical cultivation.
