研究目的：

本项目旨在开发一套适用于我国老年人群的口腔健康素养评估工具，并验证其测量学性能。具体目标包括：基于S?rensen健康素养整合模型，结合老年人群认知特征与我国口腔健康服务情境，构建涵盖医疗服务与健康管理两大场景、包含获取、理解、评价、应用四个维度的理论框架；通过文献回顾、现有量表分析及半结构化访谈生成初始条目池，经德尔菲专家函询评价内容效度，形成预调查量表；采用小样本预测试与认知性访谈优化量表的可读性与可及性；通过大样本调查进行项目分析、探索性因子分析及验证性因子分析，筛选最终条目并验证结构效度；同时检验量表的内部一致性信度、重测信度及效标关联效度，形成具有良好信效度、操作简便、适合老年人群使用的规范化测量工具，为我国老年口腔健康素养的评估、监测及后续干预研究提供科学可靠的方法学基础。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to develop an oral health literacy assessment tool suitable for the elderly population in China and to validate its psychometric properties. The specific objectives include: based on S?rensen's integrated model of health literacy, combined with the cognitive characteristics of the elderly and the context of oral health services in China, constructing a theoretical framework covering two main scenarios—medical services and health management—and encompassing four dimensions: access, understand, appraise, and apply; generating an initial item pool through literature review, analysis of existing scales, and semi-structured interviews, and forming a preliminary survey scale after evaluating content validity via Delphi expert consultation; optimizing the readability and accessibility of the scale through small-sample pretests and cognitive interviews; conducting large-sample surveys for item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis to screen final items and verify structural validity; and simultaneously testing the scale's internal consistency reliability, test-retest reliability, and criterion-related validity, to establish a standardized measurement tool with good reliability and validity, easy to operate and suitable for use by the elderly population, providing a scientifically reliable methodological basis for the assessment, monitoring, and subsequent intervention research of oral health literacy among China's elderly.

2.沟通和理解能力正常，能独立或在协助下完成问卷；
3.知情同意；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 60 years old;
2.Communication and comprehension abilities are normal and can complete the questionnaire independently or with assistance.
3.Informed consent;

排除标准：

1.年龄<60周岁；
2.存在认知障碍或沟通障碍；
3.拒绝参与或中途退出；
4.近6个月内发生过急性心脑血管事件（如心肌梗死、脑卒中）；
5.日常活动严重受限者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age < 60 years;
2.Presence of cognitive impairment or communication difficulties;
3.Refuse to participate or withdraw midway;
4.Experienced an acute cardiovascular or cerebrovascular event (such as myocardial infarction or stroke) within the past 6 months;
5.Those whose daily activities are severely restricted;
