研究目的：

深入探究空气污染物影响银屑病发生发展的机制，明确二氧化氮体内代谢物与银屑病疾病的相关性,揭示空气污染物尤其是气态污染物二氧化氮促进银屑病发生发展的新机制，进而为避免空气污染物对银屑病疾病产生影响提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the mechanism of air pollutants affecting the occurrence and development of psoriasis, to clarify the correlation between metabolites of nitrogen dioxide and psoriasis, and to reveal the new mechanism of air pollutants, especially gaseous pollutant nitrogen dioxide, promoting the occurrence and development of psoriasis, so as to provide new ideas for avoiding the impact of air pollutants on psoriasis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.研究组：签署知情同意书，遵守研究程序；符合临床诊断标准且于我院明确诊断为寻常性银屑病的患者；18岁≤年龄≤75岁；BMI在正常范围内（18.5≤BMI＜24）；近4周内未行系统治疗，如口服免疫抑制剂类药物、生物制剂治疗等；近2周内未行皮损局部治疗；无肥胖、糖尿病等代谢性疾病以及肿瘤性疾病。
2.对照组：签署知情同意书，遵守研究程序；无肥胖、糖尿病等代谢性疾病以及肿瘤性疾病接受美容手术的健康人；年龄>18岁；BMI在正常范围内（18.5≤BMI＜24）；

Inclusion criteria

1.Study Group:Informed consent was signed and study procedures were followed;Patients who meet the clinical diagnostic criteria and have been diagnosed with psoriasis in our hospital;18<= age <= 75;BMI is within the normal range (18.5 <= BMI < 24) ;Not receiving systematic treatment within the past 4 weeks, such as oral immunosuppressive drugs, biologics, etc;No local treatment for skin lesions in the past 2 weeks;No metabolic diseases such as obesity, diabetes and tumor diseases. 2.Control group: signed the informed consent and followed the study procedures; Healthy people without metabolic diseases such as obesity, diabetes and tumor diseases undergoing cosmetic surgery; Age >18 years old; BMI within the normal range (18.5<=BMI < 24);

排除标准：

1.妊娠期和哺乳期女性；
2.存在可能干扰研究结果的情况（例如，严重疾病、传染性疾病、过敏等）；

With patients’ informed consent, residual samples were stored at ?80?°C in the Dermatology Laboratory of Union Hospital for further research.After participants signed the informed consent form and completed preoperative examinations for biopsy, lesion and normal skin tissue samples
