研究目的：

本研究旨在报道一例罕见的乳腺裂头蚴病，重点分析其高频超声特征性表现（“筛孔样”及“隧道样”改变），探讨超声检查在术前诊断中的价值，并介绍超声引导下局部切除术的手术要点。通过本病例报道及文献复习，提高临床及影像医师对该病的认识，以避免误诊为乳腺恶性肿瘤而行不必要的穿刺活检或扩大手术，并为该病的早期诊断和微创治疗提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to report a rare case of breast sparganosis, with a focus on analyzing the characteristic high-frequency ultrasound findings (“sieve-like” and “tunnel-like” patterns), to explore the value of ultrasonography in preoperative diagnosis, and to describe the key points of ultrasound-guided surgical excision. Through this case report and literature review, we intend to enhance clinicians’ and radiologists’ awareness of this condition, thereby preventing misdiagnosis as breast malignancy and avoiding unnecessary needle biopsy or extensive surgery, while providing references for early diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment.

纳入标准：

1.经超声检查发现乳腺存在“筛孔样”和/或“隧道样”特征性改变；
2.有明确生食或接触蛙、蛇等野生动物史；
3.超声引导下局部切除术后病理或宏基因组二代测序（mNGS）证实为曼氏裂头蚴（Spirometra mansoni）感染；
4.临床资料完整，包括影像、手术记录及随访结果。

Inclusion criteria

1.Presence of characteristic “sieve-like” and/or “tunnel-like” changes on breast ultrasound;
2.Presence of characteristic “sieve-like” and/or “tunnel-like” changes on breast ultrasound;
3.Postoperative pathology or metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) confirming infection with Spirometra mansoni;
4.Complete clinical data, including imaging, surgical records, and follow-up information.

排除标准：

1.病理提示为其他寄生虫感染（如囊虫病、弓形虫病）或非感染性肉芽肿性乳腺炎；
2.合并其他可能影响乳腺影像判读的疾病（如严重乳腺增生、外伤后血肿、术后改变）；
3.妊娠或哺乳期女性；
4.既往接受过针对乳腺寄生虫感染的手术或药物治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pathology indicating other parasitic infections (e.g., cysticercosis, toxoplasmosis) or non-infectious granulomatous mastitis;
2.Coexisting conditions that may interfere with breast imaging interpretation (e.g., severe hyperplasia, post?traumatic hematoma, postoperative changes);
3.Pregnant or lactating women;
4.Prior surgical or medical treatment for breast parasitic infection.
