研究目的：

建设一个高质量的卒中高危老年房颤专病队列。  

Objectives of Study：

Build a high-quality specialized cohort of elderly patients with atrial fibrillation at high risk of stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=65岁； 2.确诊为房颤的患者，诊断依据包括但不限于12导联心电图、动态心电图监测或其他心脏节律监测设备。 3.CHA2DS2-VA 评分>=2 分（根据中国心房颤动管理指南（2025），评分>=2 分为卒中高危患者，应使用抗凝药物）。 4.愿意并能够提供书面的知情同意书； 5.愿意并能够配合完成基线调查及定期随访；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 65 years; 2. Diagnosed with atrial fibrillation, with the diagnosis based on but not limited to 12-lead electrocardiogram, Holter monitoring, or other cardiac rhythm monitoring devices. 3. CHA2DS2-VA score >= 2 (according to the Chinese Atrial Fibrillation Management Guidelines (2025), a score >= 2 indicates high risk of stroke and anticoagulant medications should be used). 4. Willing and able to provide written informed consent; 5. Willing and able to cooperate with completing baseline surveys and regular follow-ups;

排除标准：

1.有严重室性心律失常病史（如室性心动过速、室颤）者而未控制者。
2.有严重的精神障碍，无法配合研究。
3.研究者认为具有其他不适合参加本研究的原因。
4.本人或家属拒绝配合随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of uncontrolled serious ventricular arrhythmias (e.g., ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation).
2.Severe mental disorders that prevent cooperation with the study.
3.Other reasons deemed by the investigator as making the participant unsuitable for this study.
4.The participant or their family members refuse to cooperate with follow-up.
