研究目的:

运用基于运动想象范式的脑机接口外骨骼康复训练对脑卒中下肢运动功能障碍患者进行干预,探究其对患者下肢运动功能的康复效果与大脑功能的影响,为脑卒中下肢运动功能障碍患者的康复提供新的参考依据。  

Objectives of Study:

Intervention was conducted on patients with lower limb motor dysfunction after stroke using a brain-computer interface exoskeleton rehabilitation training based on the motor imagery paradigm. The rehabilitation effect on the lower limb motor function of the patients and the impact on brain function were explored to provide a new reference basis for the rehabilitation of patients with lower limb motor dysfunction after stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.经头MRI或头颅CT确诊为脑卒中,符合《脑血管病防治指南(2024年版)》脑卒中的诊断标准[24]; 2.年龄≥18周岁; 3.患侧下肢 Brunnstrom 分期为II-IV期; 4.意识清楚,能够配合康复训练; 5.无严重认知障碍,运动视觉想象问卷(Kinesthetic and Visual Imagery Questionnaire, KVIQ)评分≥25分,可按照要求完成本研究; 6.患者理解并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed with stroke by cranial MRI or cranial CT, meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases (2024 Edition)" [24]; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Brunnstrom stage of the affected lower limb is II–IV; 4. Conscious and able to cooperate with rehabilitation training; 5. No severe cognitive impairment, Kinesthetic and Visual Imagery Questionnaire (KVIQ) score ≥ 25, able to complete this study as required; 6. Patient understands and signs the informed consent form.

排除标准:

1.接受过开颅手术、颅骨修补手术、头部皮肤有破损,或者颅内有金属植入物、戴有金属起搏器的患者; 2.下肢关节严重受限、过度痉挛,骨折未完全愈合、严重骨质疏松等可能影响下肢功能训练的合并症; 3.严重心肺感染疾病的患者; 4.正在进行其他临床试验的参与者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients who have undergone craniotomy, skull reconstruction surgery, have damage to the scalp, or have metal implants in the skull or wear a metal pacemaker; 2. Patients with severe lower limb joint restrictions, excessive spasticity, incompletely healed fractures, severe osteoporosis, or other comorbidities that may affect lower limb functional training; 3. Patients with severe cardiac or pulmonary infectious diseases; 4. Participants who are currently involved in other clinical trials.
