研究目的：

本研究拟在不同人群（健康年轻人、中老年和偏瘫病人等）中，进行单腿站立（支撑面不稳定、不同组数、不同强度等），观察和比较各种不同方案对人体动脉硬度和心率变异性等心血管指标的影响，以丰富预防和改善心血管疾病的运动处方。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to observe and compare the effects of different schemes on cardiovascular indexes such as arterial stiffness and heart rate variability in different populations ( healthy young people, middle-aged and elderly people and hemiplegic patients ) by standing on one leg ( unstable support surface, different groups, different intensities, etc. ), so as to enrich the exercise prescription for preventing and improving cardiovascular diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18周岁以上； 2. 受试者无器官疾病史和药物过敏史，无药物滥用和嗜烟嗜酒史； 3. 体格检查及实验室检查、12导联心电图和生命体征检查经研究者判定为健康受试者； 4. 试验2周前未使用过任何处方药、非处方药和中成药。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 years over; 2. The subject has no history of organ disease and drug allergy, no history of drug abuse, smoking or alcoholism; 3. Physical examination, laboratory examination, 12-lead electrocardiogram and vital signs examination were judged as healthy subjects by the researcher; 4. No prescription drugs, over-the-counter drugs, or proprietary Chinese medicines were used 2 weeks before the test.

排除标准：

1. 筛选前6个月和试验期间吸烟、酗酒，过量饮用浓茶、咖啡及含咖啡因的饮料； 2. 筛选前6个月内有处方药物滥用史和非法药物滥用史; 3. 正参加其它临床试验的受试者； 4. 研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Smoking, alcohol abuse, excessive drinking of strong tea, coffee and caffeinated beverages during the 6 months before screening and during the trial; 2. History of prescription drug abuse and illegal drugs abuse within the 6 months before screening; 3. Subjects who are participating in other clinical trials; 4. Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
