研究目的：

对比分析头面部扩张皮瓣进行激光脱毛时机（扩张器注水期间 vs 注水完成后）在治疗效果（毛发清除效率、患者满意度）和安全性（并发症发生率，如皮肤灼伤、色素异常、扩张器相关并发症）方面的差异。旨在为面部扩张皮瓣进行激光脱毛的最佳干预时间提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To comparatively analyze the differences in treatment outcomes (hair clearance efficiency, patient satisfaction) and safety (complication rates, such as skin burns, pigmentation abnormalities, expander-related complications) of laser hair removal on expanded flaps in the head and face region performed at different time points (during expander inflation versus after completion of inflation). The aim is to provide a reference for the optimal timing of laser hair removal intervention for facial expanded flaps.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1: 因各种原因（如瘢痕、秃发、肿瘤切除后重建、器官再造等）需在头面部植入皮肤软组织扩张器的患者 2: 在扩张器注水期间或扩张器注水完成（达到预定体积）、取出扩张器并行皮瓣转移术后，在扩张区域接受过 ≥ 1次激光脱毛治疗 3: 有明确、完整的病历记录（包括扩张器注水记录、激光脱毛治疗记录、随访记录） 4: 使用的激光脱毛设备类型明确（如半导体激光、长脉宽Nd:YAG激光、翠绿宝石激光等）

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients requiring implantation of skin and soft tissue expanders in the head and face region due to various reasons (e.g., scars, alopecia, post-tumor resection reconstruction, organ reconstruction, etc.); 2. Patients who have received at least one session of laser hair removal on the expanded area either during the expander inflation period or after completion of expander inflation (target volume achieved) and following expander removal with flap transfer surgery; 3. Patients with clear and complete medical records (including documentation of expander inflation, laser hair removal sessions, and follow-up records); 4. Patients for whom the type of laser hair removal device used is clearly specified (e.g., diode laser, long-pulse Nd:YAG laser, alexandrite laser, etc.).

排除标准：

1: 扩张皮瓣区域存在皮肤炎症、色素异常等问题 2: 合并有影响毛发生长或皮肤愈合的全身性疾病（如严重内分泌疾病、活动性自身免疫病、凝血功能障碍） 3: 扩张区域有活动性感染、溃疡或放射治疗史 4: 激光脱毛治疗记录不全（如参数、次数、具体部位不明确） 5: 随访资料缺失的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of skin inflammation, pigmentation abnormalities, or other skin issues in the expanded flap area; 2. Concurrent systemic diseases that affect hair growth or skin healing (e.g., severe endocrine disorders, active autoimmune diseases, coagulation dysfunction); 3. Active infection, ulceration, or a history of radiation therapy in the expanded area; 4. Incomplete records of laser hair removal treatment (e.g., unclear parameters, number of sessions, or specific treatment sites); 5. Patients with missing follow-up data.
