研究目的：

对比完全机器人与完全腹腔镜胃癌根治术的临床疗效，全面评价完全机器人胃癌根治术的安全性及可行性，为该术式的广泛开展提供循证医学依据。 对比完全机器人与完全腹腔镜胃癌根治术在不同亚组患者中的临床疗效，探索行完全机器人胃癌根治术的获益人群。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the clinical efficacy of complete robotic surgery and complete laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer, comprehensively evaluate the safety and feasibility of complete robotic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer, and provide evidence-based medical evidence to facilitate the wide application of this surgical procedure. Compare the clinical efficacy of complete robotic and complete laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in different subgroups of patients, and explore the population that benefits from complete robotic radical gastrectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>18岁，<75岁；
2.胃原发病灶经内镜活检组织病理学诊断为胃腺癌（乳头状腺癌、管状腺癌、黏液腺癌、印戒细胞、低分化腺癌等）；
3.术前临床分期为早期及局部进展期胃癌（cT1-4a，N0-3，M0，根据 AJCC-8th TNM 肿瘤分期）；
4.术前检查未见远处转移，肿瘤无直接侵犯胰腺、脾脏及其他临近器官；
5.术前ECOG体力状态评分0/1；
6.术前ASA评分I-III；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >18 years old, <75 years old;
2.The primary lesion of the stomach was diagnosed as gastric adenocarcinoma (papillary adenocarcinoma, tubular adenocarcinoma, mucinous adenocarcinoma, signet ring cell, poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, etc.) by endoscopic biopsy histopathology.
3.The preoperative clinical stage was early and locally advanced gastric cancer (cT1-4a, N0-3, M0, according to AJCC-8th TNM tumor staging).
4.Preoperative examination showed no distant metastasis, and the tumor did not directly invade the pancreas, spleen or other adjacent organs.
5.The preoperative ECOG physical status score was 0/1.
6.Preoperative ASA score: I - III;

排除标准：

1.残胃癌；
2.病人因胃肿瘤出血、穿孔或梗阻而行急诊手术；
3.既往有上腹部手术史（腹腔镜胆囊切除术除外）；
4.已行内镜黏膜下剥离术，后行补救手术；
5.患者有其他恶性肿瘤病史，或术前检查发现合并其它恶性肿瘤；

Exclusion criteria：

1.gastric stump carcinoma;
2.The patient underwent emergency surgery due to gastric tumor bleeding, perforation or obstruction;
3.Previous history of upper abdominal surgery (except laparoscopic cholecystectomy);
4.Endoscopic submucosal dissection has been performed, followed by remedial surgery;
5.The patient has a history of other malignant tumors, or other malignant tumors are found to be combined during preoperative examinations;
