研究目的：

分析短信提醒对暴露于危险因素的患者狂犬病疫苗及破伤风疫苗的接种率的影响。并通过随访来明确患者未能全程接种疫苗的原因，为政府机构和卫生政策制定者提供决策依据，以制定符合中国国情的干预措施，最终促进狂犬病及破伤风疫苗接种率的提高。  

Objectives of Study：

Analyze the impact of text message reminders on the vaccination rates of rabies and tetanus vaccines among patients exposed to risk factors. Through follow-up, clarify the reasons for incomplete vaccination among patients, providing a basis for decision-making by government agencies and health policymakers to develop interventions tailored to China's national conditions, ultimately promoting the improvement of rabies and tetanus vaccination rates.

纳入标准：

本研究中，研究对象选自北京大学第一医院从2024年3月21日至2025年12月30日需要行狂犬病疫苗及破伤风疫苗接种的患者，这些患者中有一部分没有安装接种程序规定的时间进行接种。

Inclusion criteria

In this study, the research subjects were selected from patients who needed to receive rabies and tetanus vaccines at Peking University First Hospital from March 21, 2024 to December 30, 2025. Some of these patients did not receive the vaccinations at the designated time.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

使用Excel设计调查表用于数据收集、录入。受试者的相关个人资料均属保密，可以识别身份的信息将不会透露给研究小组以外的成员，除非获得受试者本人的许可。所有的研究成员都被要求对受试者的身份保密。受试者的档案将保存在有锁的档案柜中，仅供研究人员查阅。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Use Excel to design the questionnaire for data collection and entry. The relevant personal information of the subjects is kept confidential. Information that can identify the individuals will not be disclosed to members of the research team other than the ones authorized by the subjects themselves. All research members are required to keep the identities of the subjects confidential. The subjects' files will be stored in locked filing cabinets and can only be accessed by the researchers.
