研究目的：

本研究以高校大学生群体为研究对象，通过1:1的配对研究设计，旨在观察对比睡眠剥夺人群和正常睡眠人群认知加工速度的组间差异；并通过脑功能fNIRS成像技术，探讨认知加工速度对大学生在睡眠剥夺与学习行为中是否起到中介效应；帮助大学生群体更好地认识自身认知加工速度这一概念，合理安排学习计划。并为需要面临睡眠限制的青年工作者（如医护人员）提供参考,以进行更加合理的工作管理和规划。  

Objectives of Study：

This research focuses on the college student population. Employing a 1:1 matched research design, it aims to observe and compare the inter - group differences in cognitive processing speed between the sleep - deprived group and the normal - sleep group. By utilizing the functional near - infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) imaging technology for brain function, this study explores whether cognitive processing speed mediates the relationship between sleep deprivation and learning behavior among college students. The purpose is to enable college students to have a better understanding of the concept of their own cognitive processing speed, so as to arrange their study plans rationally. Moreover, this research provides a reference for young workers who are likely to face sleep restrictions (such as medical staff), facilitating more reasonable work management and planning.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 部分睡眠剥夺人群 (1) 年龄在18-25岁； (2) 睡眠时长被要求控制在正常的睡眠时间的一半以内； (3) 不存在明确的可能影响睡眠的躯体或精神疾病； (4) 受试者知情并志愿签署知情同意书。 2. 正常睡眠人群 (1) 年龄在18-25岁； (2) 睡眠时间为每日7～9小时； (3) 不存在明确的可能影响睡眠的躯体或精神疾病； (4) 受试者知情并志愿签署知情同意书。 注：两组研究对象在年龄、性别、体重指数等比例上相匹配。

Inclusion criteria

1. Sleep deprivation population group (1) Age between 18 and 25; (2) The duration of sleep is required to be controlled within half of the normal sleep time; (3) There is no definite physical or mental illness that may affect sleep; (4) The subjects were informed and voluntarily signed the informed consent form. 2. Normal sleep group (1) Age between 18 and 25; (2) The sleep duration is 7 to 9 hours per day; (3) There is no definite physical or mental illness that may affect sleep; (4) The subjects were informed and voluntarily signed the informed consent form. Note: The two groups of research subjects were proportionally matched in terms of age, gender, body mass index, etc.

排除标准：

1. 抑郁自评量表（SDS）>=53分 2. 存在认知障碍、中风或短暂性缺血发作、癫痈或其他神经疾病史 3. 存在fNIRS禁忌症，如头部(嘴外)金属(如弹片、手术夹或焊接或金属制品碎片)或敏感头皮 4. 近 3 个月内服用可能影响睡眠的药物，如褪黑素、佐匹克隆、地西泮等镇静催眠类药物等 5. 同期参加其他临床试验患者 符合上述任何一条排除标准的人员，不予纳入本研究

Exclusion criteria：

1. The Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) score is >=53 2. There is a history of cognitive impairment, stroke or transient ischemic attack, epilepsy or other neurological diseases 3. There are contraindications to fNIRS, such as metal on the head (outside the mouth) (such as shrapnel, surgical clips or welding or metal product fragments) or sensitive scalps 4. Taking medications that may affect sleep within the past three months, such as melatonin, zopicron, diazepam and other sedative-hypnotic drugs, etc 5. Patients who participated in other clinical trials simultaneously Persons who meet any of the above exclusion criteria will not be included in this study
