研究目的：

本研究拟通过采集结直肠镜检查受试者的术前粪便、结直肠黏膜及息肉组织样本，系统比较正常人群与息肉患者在不同生态位的肠道菌群差异，探索菌群变化与腺瘤数量、大小、病理级别及组织学指标的关系，并评估基于粪便菌群的非侵入性预测模型的可行性，为结直肠息肉的早期识别及风险分层提供潜在生物学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically compare differences in gut microbiota across ecological niches between healthy individuals and patients with colorectal polyps by collecting preoperative stool, colorectal mucosa, and polyp tissue samples from subjects undergoing colonoscopy. It will explore the relationships between microbial changes and adenoma number, size, pathological grade, and histological indicators, as well as evaluate the feasibility of a non-invasive predictive model based on fecal microbiota. The findings are expected to provide a potential biological basis for the early identification and risk stratification of colorectal polyps.

纳入标准：

1.年龄 ≥18 岁；
2.因临床指征接受结肠镜检查；
3.术前 1 个月内未使用抗生素、益生菌或影响肠道菌群的药物；
4.自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Undergoing colonoscopy for clinical indications; 3.No use of antibiotics, probiotics, or medications affecting the gut microbiota within 1 month prior to the procedure; 4.Voluntary participation in this study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.既往诊断为结直肠癌、炎症性肠病或遗传性肠癌综合征；
2.近1个月内发生急性肠道感染；
3.合并严重系统性疾病，研究者认为不适合入组者；
4.妊娠或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Previously diagnosed with colorectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, or hereditary colorectal cancer syndrome;
2.Acute intestinal infection within the past 1 month;
3.Presence of severe systemic diseases that, in the investigator’s opinion, make the subject unsuitable for enrollment;
4.Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
