本研究旨在检测胰腺疾病患者的血浆外泌体多个特征性标志物的表达水平，探讨其用于胰腺疾病辅助诊断和预后监测的临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to detect the expression levels of multiple characteristic markers in plasma exosomes from patients with pancreatic diseases.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄20-90岁； 2. 胰腺癌患者：在我院确诊为胰腺癌（病理或影像学）的患者。 3. 胰腺良性疾病患者：急性胰腺炎，慢性胰腺炎，胰腺常见良性占位疾病（胰腺囊肿等）。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age between 20 and 90 years;
2.Pancreatic cancer patients: individuals diagnosed with pancreatic cancer at our institution based on histopathology or imaging findings;
3.Patients with benign pancreatic diseases: including acute pancreatitis, chronic pancreatitis, and common benign pancreatic space-occupying lesions (e.g., pancreatic cysts).

排除标准：

1.良性疾病组中急慢性胰腺炎病例在研究期间发展为胰腺癌者；既往有肿瘤病史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients initially enrolled in the benign disease group who are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer during the study period;
2.Individuals with a prior history of malignancy.
