研究目的：

风湿证胃癌前病变由于其半表半里、黏膜属表等特性，与脏腑风湿理论相契合，是胃癌前病变的特异性证型。本研究拟采集风湿证与非风湿证胃癌前病变患者的胃黏膜组织进行组织微观生物学比较，探索风湿证的微观生物学特征。本研究将阐明风湿证胃癌前病变的病变特征，对风湿证胃癌前病变的药物研发，以及丰富脏腑风湿的微观生物学证据具有重大意义。  

Objectives of Study：

Because of the characteristics of half surface and half interior, mucosa belongs to the surface, which is consistent with the theory of Zangfu rheumatism, it is a specific syndrome type of gastric precancerous lesions. The aim of this study is to compare the microbiology of gastric mucosa tissues between patients with rheumatic and non-rheumatic precancerous lesions, and to explore the microbiological characteristics of rheumatic diseases. This study will clarify the pathological characteristics of gastric precancerous lesions of rheumatic disease, which is of great significance for the drug development of gastric precancerous lesions of rheumatic disease, and enrich the microbiological evidence of zangfu rheumatism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄在18-70岁之间，性别不限； 2. 疑似胃癌前病变且有意愿进行胃镜及病理检查明确诊断者； 3. 符合诊断标准（经病理明确存在肠化或异型增生的慢性萎缩性胃炎），患者知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 18 and 70 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Suspected gastric precancerous lesions and willing to undergo gastroscopy and pathological examination to confirm the diagnosis; 3. Patients met the diagnostic criteria (chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia or dysplasia confirmed by pathology), and informed consent was obtained.

排除标准：

1.胃黏膜癌变者； 2.合并恶性肿瘤者； 3.存在其他消化系统疾病者； 4.合并严重心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器疾病者； 5.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 6.有影响患者自诉能力严重脑疾病或精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Gastric cancer; 2. Combined with malignant tumors; 3. With other digestive diseases; 4. Complicated with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Serious brain disease or mental disease that affects the patient's ability to report.
