探究以护士为主导的分级膈肌功能锻炼在ICU机械通气病人中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the application effect of graded diaphragm function exercise led by nurses in ICU patients with mechanical ventilation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁； 2.机械通气病人； 3.BMI<=24； 4.预计机械通气时间＞7d。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Patients on mechanical ventilation; 3. BMI <= 24; 4. Expected mechanical ventilation duration > 7 days.

排除标准：

1.膈肌麻痹或膈肌解剖学异常； 2.胸腹部有伤口、引流管、皮肤不完整； 3.肋骨骨折； 4.孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diaphragm paralysis or anatomical abnormalities of the diaphragm; 2. Wounds, drainage tubes, or incomplete skin on the chest and abdomen; 3. Rib fractures; 4. Pregnant women.
