Objectives of Study：

Clarify the expression of SNX8 in cancer tissues and its clinical biological significance, elucidate the correlation between SNX8 and the expression of upstream and downstream proteins, and determine the mechanism by which SNX8 affects lung cancer.

1.临床病理诊断为肺癌患者，无合并其他癌症。

1.Patients with pathologically confirmed lung cancer, without comorbidity of other malignancies.
