研究目的：

系统描述肺吸虫感染患儿的临床特征（症状、影像、实验室检查）及治疗方式构成。  

Objectives of Study：

Systematic description of the clinical characteristics (symptoms, imaging, laboratory findings) and treatment modalities of paragonimiasis in pediatric patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.明确诊断为肺吸虫感染； 2.年龄<=18岁； 3.在本中心完成住院诊疗，病历资料完整； 4.有完整的随访记录（>=1次出院后随访）；

Inclusion criteria

1.Definite diagnosis of paragonimiasis; 2.Age <= 18 years; 3.Completed inpatient diagnosis and treatment at our center with complete medical records; 4.Have complete follow-up records (>= 1 follow-up visit after discharge).

排除标准：

1.合并其他明确病原体感染引起的胸腔积液；
2.病历资料严重缺失（核心变量缺失率>30%）；
3.失访或无任何随访记录；
4.非本中心完成治疗或中途转院，疗效无法评估。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Complicated with pleural effusion caused by other definite pathogen infections;
2.Severely incomplete medical records (missing rate of core variables > 30%);
3.Lost to follow-up or without any follow-up records;
4.Treatment completed outside our center or transferred to another hospital during treatment, making efficacy unevaluable;
