研究目的：

研究鼻咽癌组织中ERCC1和BRCA1表达情况及其与铂类为基础的化疗敏感性的关系，并研究它们能否作为鼻咽癌治疗的预后因子。  

Objectives of Study：

To examine the expression of ERCC1 (excision repair cross-complementing 1，ERCCI) and BRCA1(The breast cancer susceptibility gene 1) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)tissues and its relationship with sensitivity to platinum -based chemotherapy, to know ERCC1 and BRCA1 is or not as the novel prognostic markers.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）自愿作为受试对象，签署知情同意书；
（2） 年龄18~70岁的病人
（3）UICC分期为Ⅱ期-Ⅳb期的鼻咽癌患者；
（4）病理组织或细胞学明确诊断为鼻咽癌；
（5）ECOG评分为0到2分；
（6）患者为首程治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Volunteered as subjects and signed informed consent;
2. The patient is 18 to 70-year-old;
3. It is UICC stage for Phase II - IV b of the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma;
4. an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status (PS) two or less;
5. Histopathology or cytology to confirm the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma;
6. Patients is first treatment process.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠、哺乳期妇女；
（2）对铂类药物和5-FU过敏或代谢障碍者；
（3）存在其他恶性肿瘤病史；
（4）合并严重心血管、肝、肾和造血系统疾病及精神病患者；
（5）参加其它临床试验者；
（6）研究者认为其他不适合入组者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnancy, breast-feeding women;
(2) People was supersensitivity or metabolic block of Platinum drugs and 5-FU;
(3) People have other malignant tumor;
(4) Patients had serious alteration in hematologic, renal, hepatic functions and Mental illness;
(5) Participation in other clinical trials;
(6) The researchers believe that the other condition to lead to that they don't fit into the
group.
