研究目的：

老年创伤患者预后异质性大，传统损伤评分体系无法反映其生理储备。临床衰弱评分作为一种快速床旁评估工具，能有效量化老年人的生理脆弱性。本研究旨在系统性评估 CFS 在急诊创伤环境中的预警价值，推动诊疗模式从“以损伤为中心”向“以患者为中心” 转变，为早期风险分层与个体化干预提供关键证据。  

Objectives of Study：

The prognosis of elderly trauma patients is highly heterogeneous, and traditional injury scoring systems fail to reflect their physiological reserve. The Clinical Frailty Scale (CFS as a rapid bedside assessment tool, can effectively quantify the physiological vulnerability of the elderly. This study aims to systematically evaluate the early warning value of the CFS in the emergency trauma setting, a shift in the diagnosis and treatment model from "injury-centered" to "patient-centered," and providing key evidence for early risk stratification and individualized intervention.

纳入标准：

1. 年龄>=65岁； 2. 因创伤入院，24 h 内就诊，包括骨折、头颈部外伤、腹部创伤、胸部创伤等，需住院治疗； 3. 意识清醒，能配合评估或有家属代答； 4. 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 65 years; 2. Admitted due to trauma, seeking medical attention within 24 hours, including fractures, neck injuries, abdominal trauma, chest trauma, etc., requiring inpatient treatment; 3. Conscious, able to cooperate with the assessment, or having family members answer their behalf; 4. Signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 严重认知障碍或无法沟通； 2. 创伤后立即死亡或需紧急抢救无法完成评估； 3. 因烧伤、中毒等非机械性损伤入院； 4. 单纯性轻微伤（如无需缝合的皮肤裂伤、浅表擦伤）无需住院。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cognitive impairment or inability to communicate; 2. Immediate death after trauma or inability to complete assessment due to the need for emergency resuscitation; 3. Admission due to non-mechanical injuries such as burns or poisoning; 4. Simple minor injuries (such as skin lacerations not requiring sutures, superficial abrasions) that do not require hospitalization.
