研究目的：

观察多重味觉分区刺激联合经颅直流电对脑卒中口腔期吞咽障碍患者的治疗效果，通过主观量表评估和MEP来证明多重味觉分区刺激经颅直流电对脑卒中后吞咽障碍治疗的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the therapeutic effect of multi-regional gustatory stimulation combined with transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) on patients with post-stroke dysphagia, and to demonstrate the effectiveness of this combined intervention in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia through subjective scale assessments and motor evoked potentials (MEPs).

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合《中国各类主要脑血管病诊断要点2019》中脑梗死和脑出血的诊断标准，经CT或MRI检查确诊； （2）首次发病，脑卒中恢复期（14天≤病程≤6个月），且生命体征平稳； （3）洼田饮水试验（Water swallow test，WST）筛查，WST≥3级； （4）35岁≤年龄≤75岁，进行电视X线吞咽功能检查（Video fluoroscopic swallowing study，VFSS）且在VFSS评估下被确定为吞咽障碍的患者； （5）患者神志清晰，无严重认知障碍、视觉、听觉障碍和失语； （6）患者知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction or intracerebral hemorrhage according to the Chinese Diagnostic Criteria for Major Cerebrovascular Diseases (2019), and confirmed by CT or MRI examination; (2) First onset of stroke, in the recovery phase (14 days <= disease duration <= 6 months), with stable vital signs; (3) Screened by the Water Swallow Test (WST), with a WST grade of >=3; (4) Aged between 35 and 75 years (inclusive), diagnosed with dysphagia based on the Video Fluoroscopic Swallowing Study (VFSS); (5) Patients are conscious, without severe cognitive impairment, visual or auditory impairment, or aphasia; (6) Patients have provided informed consent and voluntarily agree to participate in this study.

排除标准：

（1）患有口腔疾病、粘膜破损者； （2）严重心理障碍或癫痫； （3）对实验刺激物过敏者； （4）其他原因导致的味觉减退者； （5）对造影剂过敏无法进行电视透视吞咽功能检查； （6）既往患有慢性阻塞性肺疾病、哮喘、慢性支气管炎、肺癌等呼吸系统疾病者； （7）存在严重心、肺、肾等器官功能受损不能进行康复训练者； （8）经颅直流电刺激禁忌症者； （9）各项临床评估与检查无法配合完成者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with oral diseases or mucosal damage; (2) Severe psychological disorders or epilepsy; (3) Allergy to the experimental stimuli; (4) Taste impairment caused by other reasons; (5) Allergy to contrast agent, making Video Fluoroscopic Swallowing Study (VFSS) impossible; (6) Previous diagnosis of respiratory diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, chronic bronchitis, or lung cancer; (7) Severe functional impairment of vital organs (e.g., heart, lungs, kidneys) that precludes rehabilitation training; (8) Presence of contraindications to transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS); (9) Inability to complete clinical assessments or examinations as required.
