研究目的：

回顾性对比分析微创关节镜技术与传统开放手术治疗的临床疗效、外观及并发症情况，为该疾病的微创化治疗的价值提供临床依据  

Objectives of Study：

Retrospectively compare and analyze the clinical efficacy, cosmetic outcomes and complications of minimally invasive arthroscopy versus conventional open surgery, so as to provide clinical evidence for the value of minimally invasive treatment for this disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2012-2020 年因伴有掌板嵌顿的复杂性掌指关节脱位在我科行手术治疗的患者； 2.闭合复位失败，确诊为掌板嵌顿型复杂掌指关节脱位； 3.术前影像学（X 线 + MRI）及术后随访资料完整； 4.末次随访时间>=术后 1 年。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who underwent surgical treatment in our department for complex metacarpophalangeal joint dislocation with volar plate incarceration between 2012 and 2020; 2. Failed closed reduction and confirmed diagnosis of complex volar plate–incarcerated metacarpophalangeal joint dislocation; 3. Complete preoperative imaging (X-ray + MRI) and postoperative follow-up data; 4. Final follow-up time >= 1 year postoperatively.

排除标准：

1.合并掌指关节骨折的患者； 2.合并II-III度侧副韧带损伤的患者； 3.术前存在掌指关节骨关节炎的患者； 4.术后 1 年内同一手指再次发生外伤的患者； 5.随访资料不完整，无法完成疗效评价的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with concurrent metacarpophalangeal joint fracture; 2. Patients with grade II–III collateral ligament injury; 3. Patients with pre-existing metacarpophalangeal joint osteoarthritis; 4. Patients with repeated trauma to the same finger within 1 year after surgery; 5. Patients with incomplete follow-up data who cannot be evaluated for efficacy.
