研究目的：

我们报道一个携带KRASG12A突变的原发性肺HCCC病人。该肿瘤表现为术后短时间转移，且对PD-1应答欠佳的临床进程，病理主要表现为透明或嗜酸性肿瘤细胞，位于明显透明化的基质内。在本研究中，我们分析其临床病理特征和治疗转归，以更好地了解这种罕见肿瘤的诊断和患者结局。  

Objectives of Study：

We herein report a primary pulmonary HCCC case harboring a KRAS G12A mutation, characterized by early postoperative metastasis and poor response to PD-1 inhibitors. Pathologically, the tumor consisted predominantly of clear or eosinophilic cells within a markedly hyalinized stroma. We analyze the clinicopathological characteristics and treatment outcomes to better understand the diagnosis and prognosis of this rare tumor.

纳入标准：

1.志愿者自愿配合该研究并签署知情同意书。 2.为我院收治并经病理学、免疫组化及分子检测明确诊断的1例原发性肺透明样玻璃样变癌患者。该病例具备完整的临床、影像、病理、分子检测及随访资料，可用于分析其临床病理特征、KRAS G12A突变情况及治疗反应。 3.男性或女性，18岁<=年龄<=65岁； 4.符合原发性透明细胞癌的诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

1.Volunteers voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form. 2.This is a case of primary pulmonary hyaline-like hyaline change carcinoma that was admitted to our hospital and was diagnosed through pathological examination, immunohistochemistry, and molecular testing. This case has complete clinical, imaging, pathological, molecular testing, and follow-up data, which can be used to analyze its clinical and pathological characteristics, KRAS G12A mutation status, and treatment response. 3.Male or female, 18 years old <= age <= 65 years old. 4. Meets the diagnostic criteria for primary clear cell carcinoma.

排除标准：

1.患有第二原发肿瘤疾病。
2.妊娠或哺乳期。
3.在<特定时间范围内>使用其他试验药物或其他干预措施治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Suffering from a second primary tumor disease.
2.Pregnancy or lactation.
3.Treat with other experimental drugs or other intervention measures within a specific time frame.
