研究目的:

1. 评价在临床技能培训中心实施案例+一站式多项技能培训对护生临床技能操作水平评价考试的有效性; 2. 探讨临床技能培训中心进行案例+一站式多项技能培训对护生岗位胜任力、批判性思维能力、沟通能力、职业认同感等的影响。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Evaluate the effectiveness of implementing case studies and one-stop multi-skill training in the clinical skills training center for the clinical skills operation level assessment examination of nursing students; 2. To explore the impact of case + one-stop multi-skill training conducted by the clinical skills training center on the job competence, critical thinking ability, communication skills, professional identity, etc. of nursing students.

纳入标准:

1.高中起点,大专及以上学历 2.首次参加临床实习的全日制护理学生 3.已完成在校期间的护理基础理论课程的学习 4.临床实习时间≥20周 5.知情同意并自愿参与本研究

Inclusion criteria

1. High school diploma or above, college degree or above; 2. Full-time nursing students participating in clinical practice for the first time; 3. Have completed the study of basic nursing theory courses during school years; 4. Clinical internship period is no less than 20 weeks; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准:

1.中途退学或休学者 2.重大身心疾病患者

Exclusion criteria:

1. Students who drop out or take a leave of absence halfway; 2. Patients with major physical or mental illnesses.

试验组给予护生临床案例+一站式多项技能培训4周,将护生分为4-5人一组进行培训。教学老师参考《新入职护士培训大纲(试行)》中的27项实践技能操作标准,并根据医院护理教学小组制定的临床案例库,引导学生学习临床思维及案例操作。通过制定具体化的模拟临床案例情景,由标准化病人模拟患者患病时的生理心理状况,并提供患者的既往史、现病史、病情变化及医嘱等情景元素,构建一个真实的临床情景案例。护生根据标准化病人的情况,进行针对性的一站多项护理实践操作,并对标准化病人突发的各种情况做出迅速而准确的判断和应对措施。最后由教师引导护生回顾案例,共同探讨最佳护理方案,以培养护生的临床思维模式及护理评判能力。

The experimental group was provided with clinical case training and one-stop multi-skill training for nursing students for 4 weeks, and the nursing students were divided into groups of 4 to 5 for training. The teaching staff referred to the 27 practical skills operation standards in the "Training Outline for Newly Recruited Nurses (Trial)" and, based on the clinical case library formulated by the hospital's nursing teaching group, guided the students to learn clinical thinking and case operations. By formulating specific simulation clinical case scenarios, standardized patients simulate the physical and psychological conditions of patients when they are ill, and provide scenario elements such as the patient's past medical history, current medical history, changes in the condition and medical orders, a real clinical scenario case is constructed. Nursing students carry out targeted one-stop and multi-item nursing practice operations based on the conditions of standardized patients, and make prompt and accurate judgments and response measures for various sudden situations of standardized patients. Finally, the teacher guided the nursing students to review the cases and jointly explore the best nursing plans to cultivate their clinical thinking patterns and nursing evaluation abilities.
