探讨递增式腹膜透析对长期腹膜透析患者残余肾功能及生活质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the impact of incremental peritoneal dialysis on the residual renal function and quality of life of patients undergoing long-term peritoneal dialysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄＞14岁； 2. 规律稳定腹膜透析治疗≥1个月； 3. 残余肾功能相对较好，残余尿量＞800mL/天； 4. 同意参加本研究并签署相关知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age > 14 years old; 2. Regular and stable peritoneal dialysis treatment for >= 1 month; 3. Residual renal function is relatively good, with residual urine volume >800 mL/day; 4. Voluntarily agree to participate in this study and sign the relevant informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 血液透析转入、肾脏移植转入； 2. 血液透析联合腹膜透析、自动化腹膜透析； 3. 因经济原因不能使用充足的透析剂量； 4. 依从性差； 5. 肿瘤、结核等慢性消耗性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients transferred from hemodialysis or kidney transplantation; 2. Patients receiving hemodialysis combined with peritoneal dialysis, and patients on automated peritoneal dialysis; 3. Patients who cannot receive adequate dialysis doses due to economic reasons; 4. Patients with poor compliance; 5. Patients with tumors.
