研究目的：

本研究旨在分析慢性病住院患者躯体化症状的科室分布特征，识别影响其严重程度的关键因素，并探讨其与医疗资源消耗的关联性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to analyze the departmental distribution characteristics of somatization symptoms among inpatients with chronic diseases, identify the key factors affecting the severity of these symptoms, and explore their correlation with healthcare resource consumption.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.主要诊断为慢性病（如心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、COPD等）；
3.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged >= 18 years old; 2.Primary diagnosis of chronic diseases (e.g., cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, COPD, etc.); 3.Signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.严重认知障碍或精神疾病；
2.急诊入院或预计住院<48小时;
3.急、危、重症患者，无法配合;
4.其他医师认为无法配合的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe cognitive impairment or mental disorders;
2.Emergency admission or expected hospital stay < 48 hours;
3.Acute, critical, or severe patients unable to cooperate;
4.Other patients deemed uncooperative by the attending physician.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用 电子问卷（E-CRF）作为病例报告表，收集患者的一般资料、慢性病信息及量表评估数据。问卷通过医院内部平台发放，数据自动加密存储，与从 HIS 系统提取的住院天数、医疗费用等信息进行匹配，由专人负责管理，定期备份，确保数据真实、完整、可溯源。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study uses an electronic questionnaire (E-CRF) as the Case Report Form to collect patients' demographic information, chronic disease data, and scale assessment results. The questionnaire is distributed via the hospital's internal platform, with data automatically encrypted and stored. These data are matched with clinical information such as length of hospital stay and medical costs extracted from the HIS system, managed by dedicated personnel and backed up regularly to ensure the authenticity, completeness, and traceability of the data.
