研究目的：

1. 本研究借助CBCT确定根尖孔直径，通过口腔显微镜多级放大和卓越照明系统，结合脉搏血氧仪操作技术，研究根管内置入PRF对再生性牙髓治疗疗效的影响。 2. 探究再生性牙髓治疗的临床方法，提高治疗成功率。  

Objectives of Study：

1.The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of endodontic PRF implantation on the outcome of regenerative endodontics by using CBCT to determine the apical foramen diameter, a dental microscope with multi-stage magnification and excellent illumination system, and pulse oximeter operation technique. 2. explore the clinical methods of regenerative endodontics and improve the success rate of treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1：年龄9-40岁，性别不限 2：无系统性疾病，无牙周病变，根据临床检查判断为牙髓坏死，牙根发育分期Nolla 7-9期，根尖周病变直径2-10mm，最终无需桩核修复，患者/父母监护人依从性好 3：患者对治疗所需药物不过敏。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 9-40 years old, both sexes;
2.No systemic disease or periodontal disease was found. Pulp necrosis was diagnosed according to clinical examination, and Nolla stage was 7-9. The diameter of periapical lesion was 2-10mm. Finally, no post-core restoration was needed. The compliance of patients/parents and guardians was good;
3.Not allergic to the medications required for treatment.

排除标准：

1：创伤 2：隐裂 2：根纵裂 3：怀孕或1年内有生育意愿女性，哺乳期女性 4：精神障碍或智力障碍者 5：无法判定疗效或影响疗效或安全性判定者 6：同时参与其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Trauma;
2.Fissure;
3.Root split;
4.Pregnant or willing to give birth within 1 year, lactating women;
5.Persons with mental or intellectual disability;
6.Unable to determine the efficacy or affect the efficacy or safety evaluation;
7.They also participated in other clinical trials.

病例记录表（CRF）：按研究方案设计表单，覆盖各访视核心研究数据；由经 GCP 培训人员规范填写，纸质版专人锁存于王府井院区口腔综合科 312 诊室档案柜，定期核查。 管理：制作与 CRF 对应的电子表，24 小时内同步录入纸质数据，仅标注受试者研究编号；文件存储于课题组专用电脑，限授权人员访问，定期备份；所有随访完成后核查锁定数据，修改需书面申请并记录。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Case Report Form (CRF): Forms designed according to the study protocol to capture core research data across all visits; completed by GCP-trained personnel following standardized procedures. Hard copies are securely stored and locked in the filing cabinet of Clinic 312, Comprehensive Oral Medical Department, Wangfujing Hospital, with regular audits.Management: An electronic database corresponding to the CRF is established, into which data from paper forms are entered within 24 hours, annotated only with subjects' unique research identifiers. Files are stored on the research team's dedicated computer, with access restricted to authorized personnel, and are regularly backed up. Upon completion of all follow-ups, data are verified and locked; any modifications require a formal written application and detailed documentation.
