研究目的:

本项目针对 ASD 儿童的科学诊断和有效干预的迫切需求,着手解决 ASD儿童情绪加工的动态神经振荡与网络协同异常神经机制、可解释深度学习模型驱动的个体化异常模式挖掘、个体化多模态神经调控的潜在机制和有效性验证等关键科学问题,预期突破高安全性的经颅光调控-神经反馈训练(Transcranial Photobiomodulation-Neurofeedback,tPBM-NFB)多模态调控系统集成技术、ASD 儿童动态情绪诱发与数据融合分析技术、辅助识别模型及其可解释性分析技术以及多模态调控方案设计等关键技术,从而提升 ASD 儿童诊疗的精准性和安全性,降低家庭与社会负担,助力“健康中国”战略实施。  

Objectives of Study:

This project addresses the urgent need for scientific diagnosis and effective intervention for children with ASD. It aims to solve key scientific issues such as the dynamic neural oscillations and network coordination abnormalities in the emotional processing of ASD children, the explainable deep learning model-driven individualized abnormal pattern mining, the potential mechanisms and effectiveness verification of individualized multimodal neural regulation, and so on. It is expected to break through key technologies such as the integrated multi-modal regulation system technology of transcranial photobiomodulation-neurofeedback training (Transcranial Photobiomodulation-Neurofeedback, tPBM-NFB), the multimodal emotional induction and data fusion analysis technology for ASD children, the auxiliary identification model and its explainability analysis technology, and the design of multimodal regulation schemes. This will enhance the accuracy and safety of the diagnosis and treatment of ASD children, reduce the burden on families and society, and contribute to the implementation of the "Healthy China" strategy.

纳入标准:

1.年龄3-12周岁,男女不限; 2.儿童监护人提供知情同意并在同意书上签字; 3.ASD儿童均由经验丰富的医生根据 DSM-V 标准诊断为孤独症。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 3 - 12 years old, gender not restricted; 2. The guardian of the child must provide informed consent and sign the consent form; 3. All ASD children are diagnosed as autism by experienced doctors based on the DSM-V standards.

排除标准:

1.患儿伴有ADHD、RETT 综合征和发育迟缓等其他脑发育障碍疾病; 2.患儿具有严重的身体疾病,脑外伤史,癫痫史; 3.6周内接受过非侵入式刺激如tDCS,TMS等; 4.除常规行为训练外,服用过精神类疾病药物; 5.未签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria:

1. The child has other brain development disorders such as ADHD, RETT syndrome and developmental delay; 2. The child has serious physical diseases, a history of brain trauma, and a history of epilepsy; 3. Received non-invasive stimulation such as tDCS and TMS within 6 weeks; 4. In addition to conventional behavioral training, has taken psychotropic drugs for mental disorders; 5. Has not signed the informed consent form.

本研究采用简单随机分组方法,将所有受试者按1:1比例随机分配至干预组与对照组,每组各30人。首先,为每位受试者分配唯一编号,并将所有受试者信息录入SPSS软件。随后,使用SPSS的随机数生成功能,为每位受试者随机分配一个0至1之间的数值,作为分组依据。通过对生成的随机数进行升序排列,打乱原始受试者编号的顺序。完成排序后,按照排序结果将前半部分的30名受试者分配至干预组,其余30名分配至对照组。最终形成两个受试者组别,用于干预实施与效果评估。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

This study employed a simple random grouping method, randomly allocating all the participants to the intervention group and the control group in a 1:1 ratio, with 30 participants in each group. Firstly, a unique number was assigned to each participant, and all the participant information was entered into the SPSS software. Subsequently, using the random number generation function of SPSS, a value between 0 and 1 was randomly assigned to each participant as the grouping basis. By sorting the generated random numbers in ascending order, the original sequence of participant numbers was disrupted. After the sorting was completed, the first half of the 30 participants were assigned to the intervention group, and the remaining 30 participants were assigned to the control group. Finally, two participant groups were formed for the implementation of the intervention and the evaluation of its effects.
