研究目的：

探讨不同药物剂量组合与术中失血量及术后HCG下降率的关系，并识别影响预后的独立危险因素，为临床个体化用药提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the relationship between different drug dose combinations and intraoperative blood loss as well as the postoperative HCG decrease rate, and to identify independent risk factors affecting prognosis, so as to provide a basis for individualized clinical medication.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.既往剖宫产史，HCG阳性，孕周≤12 周； 2.符合 CSP 的临床诊断及超声诊断标；

Inclusion criteria

1.Previous history of cesarean section, positive HCG, gestational age ≤12 weeks; 2.Meet the clinical diagnosis and ultrasound diagnostic criteria of CSP;

排除标准：

1.存在阴道大量出血、子宫破裂。 2.合并有严重心肺功能疾病； 3.对本研究手术存在禁忌证。纳入患者均签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1.There is massive vaginal bleeding and uterine rupture. 2. Combined with severe cardiopulmonary function diseases; 3.There are contraindications for the surgery in this study. All the included patients signed the informed consent form.
