本研究旨在构建并验证一个基于机器学习算法的预测模型，以解决口腔颌面部骨折内固定材料选择的临床决策难题。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to construct and validate a predictive model based on machine learning algorithms to solve the clinical decision-making problem of selecting internal fixation materials for oral and maxillofacial fractures.

纳入标准：

1. 完整填写了主诉、现病史、检查、诊疗计划及处置等； 2. 留存有治疗前的影像学资料； 3. 有切开复位内固定术指征。

Inclusion criteria

1. Fully filled in chief complaint, present illness, examination, treatment plan, and management, etc.; 2. Retained pre-treatment imaging data; 3. Indications for open reduction and internal fixation surgery.
