研究目的：

1. 主要目的 回顾性分析单中心 500 例肠瘘患者的临床特征，明确肠瘘患者的治愈率。 2. 次要目的 分析肠瘘患者的围手术期死亡率、再瘘发生率及住院费用。 3. 探索性目的 分析肠瘘患者预后的独立危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Objective Retrospectively analyze the clinical characteristics of 500 single-center patients with intestinal fistulas and determine the cure rate of patients with intestinal fistulas. 2. Secondary Objectives Analyze perioperative mortality, recurrence rate of fistulas, and hospitalization costs in patients with intestinal fistulas. 3. Exploratory Objectives Analyze independent risk factors for the prognosis of patients with intestinal fistulas.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄 >= 18 岁； 2. 性别不限； 3. 经造影和造影后 CT 检查诊断明确为肠瘘； 4. 无影像学检查但临床症状明显（肠液或肠内容物溢出）； 5. 急性肠穿孔。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. No gender restriction; 3. Diagnosed with intestinal fistula confirmed by imaging and post-imaging CT examination; 4. No imaging examination but obvious clinical symptoms (leakage of intestinal fluid or contents); 5. Acute intestinal perforation.

排除标准：

1. 年龄 18 岁以下； 2. 拒绝签署知情同意书； 3. 肛瘘或肛周脓肿患者； 4. 既往为肠瘘，本次入院检查未见肠瘘； 5. 资料缺乏过多； 6. 其他不符合纳入标准的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Under 18 years of age; 2. Refusal to sign the informed consent form; 3. Patients with anal fistula or perianal abscess; 4. Previous intestinal fistula, but no intestinal fistula found during this hospitalization; 5. Excessive lack of data; 6. Other situations that do not meet the inclusion criteria.
